usually i buy multiple copys of such releases (the blob , or korean steelbooks) and resell 2 of 3 to get my copy cheap or for free

I really don't like it when $157 of my money is in an uncertain state. I wouldn't really mind if the site had crashed while I was still putting items into my cart, but for it to crash right after I pushed "Confirm order" makes me nervous.

If the site crashed the order didn't go through.

When I clicked "Confirm order", the link turned white to signify that I had clicked on it, but the confirmation page never came up. Now, I'm just waiting for the site to start working again.

EDIT: When the site started working again, my cart was empty. I checked my Order History under my account page, and it seems that the order actually did go through just before the crash. I've got an order confirmation number.

I'll feel warm and fuzzy when I get the email confirmation, but it's good to see it confirmed on the site itself.

EDIT 2: I did get an email confirmation after all, but it went to my Spam folder for some reason. (It usually goes to my Gmail inbox.)
I just checked my bank, and the transaction is showing up.

All is right in the world.

I blew $127 on 4 titles including Fright Night but got an order confirmation email from SAE. Peace of mind is a great thing

what a joke.
I cannot believe the site can't handles the traffic after the upgrades.
how do that many people even know today is the day?

The latest snafu blew my cart and wish list totally out of the water. It was loaded before the crash, now it's completely empty. Back to square one.

For those having problems placing an order, you can always order from TCM, its $5.00 more but saves you a headache.

You pay for a certain amount of server traffic I believe, so they probably had to call and have their servers bumped up. Suddenly it works fine now, got my order through quickly with no issues.

Got my two copies ordered. Couldn't get on the website with my phone. had no problems oredering about 25 minutes ago. one for me and one for my Sister-in-law's girlfriend. She is a big fan.

WoooooHooooooo!!! Was finally able to get one Fright Night and two Bride Wore Black 43 minutes after 4pm. My mom and I are HUGE Tarantino fans so we are all up in Kill Bill's business lol so BWB seems like something we will love.

Truly? I always hear people saying how they like the film even if it's not exactly something of a classic. You got to love a movie with Sean Connery only walking around in a speedo, only him can pull that off

I hope you are right, I can't be around on launch day to order so I hope both are still available when I get to order them

I would tend to agree as I just don't think many people are aware of this movie. It is awesome for what it is...albeit hard to define what it is. Not sure how Connery even agreed to this role

This movie is the definition of "cult" and I really enjoyed it. Probably have seen it 4-5 times and will upgrade my DVD. I would recommend it for anyone looking for something offbeat, for Sci Fi-fantasy fans, or Sean Connery fans.

I still remember my wife's comment when she saw Sean Connery in this movie...something link "OMG what is that"
