Possible, but there needs to be someone associated with the films to do the signing. That's not so easy on older movies. Of the 23 promos released so far, only 3 have been for films made before 1970 (the original issue of Journey plus Fate Is the Hunter and Che!).

Quite frankly, I'm regretting ordering U-Turn along with Journey and First Men because U-Turn is a likely upcoming promo. Stone signed copies of both of his previous TT-released movies, so it's not beyond reason that he'll do this one as well.

Perhaps I should cancel my order, and re-order the two SF titles along with something else.

Most of the comments are positive and there are a lot of awesome members who contribute in this thread . It is what it is.

Just curious.
No DVDs, just blu-rays. I have all the sold out titles.

I haven't ordered some titles yet because they are not a priority for me or I am undecided on whether I want them (example, The Vanishing). I stopped ordering every title on pre-order day six months ago and have been adding them at a slower pace. Now that TT has been around awhile and greatly increased their offerings, I have a pretty good feel for which titles I really want and which ones will move faster than others.

I did manage to get signed copies of few movies that I was on the fence about (Che! and Royal Flash, for example). I missed most of the signed copies because frequently I wasn't able to be online at the opening bell of pre-order day (back when that was the day they offered the promos).

Is this announced on the SAE website? Or the TT facebook site? Thanks!

Wow, that would be faster than I would have thought based on similar past titles and a stricter limit. I wonder if it's going to be a race to the finish line or if the last lap will drag out like some titles tend to do.

The Blob sold over half in less than a day but took a month to sell out. Most people who want it bad get in quick and many order 3 copies. After it gets down to 1500 or so they limit it to one per person and that helps make it last longer as well.

If it takes Journey or First Men 5 days to sell half than it may last 2 or 3 months, but in any case it'll be interesting to see.

I don't doubt U-Turn will be offered as a signed promo at some point, but I don't think it'll be the next one as they usually wait a month or two after the disc's release before offering those up.

Oh, I never thought it might be the next one, just a "likely upcoming promo".

I don't think anyone predicted these would sell out in days. More like a month or two.

I don't think First Men will be a promo, Im pretty sure the last cast member alive was Martha Hyer and she passed away last year. It would be great if they could get Diane Baker in to sign Journey

Have there been any recent updates about the number of copies of Thunderbirds are Go! / Thunderbird 6 that are left?

I already have a copy that we are enjoying, but I might want another copy to give to someone or to loan.

My five girls and I have been enjoying watching the series as well, and with the recent launch of the Thunderbirds board game on Kickstarter, we are very much in to Thunderbirds these days (by the way, I have no connection to the Kickstarter Thunderbirds board game … other than being a backer I guess).

Depends on how you define "recent". The last "low quantity alert" mention of that title on Facebook was on January 7, and at that point, it was almost down to 500 copies remaining. The next "low quantity alert" was on February 17, and Thunderbirds wasn't mentioned, so I don't imagine it dropped very much in the intervening time.

As long as Mel doesn't buy up all the copies and try selling them for 200 bucks a pop.

Oh, I think Mel needs a LOT of things, but I doubt money is one of them.
