Interesting. Wonder if they were watching forums and saw more interest than they expected. I was surprised by how many people here said they planned to purchase.

I'll be intersted to see how long it takes for this to sell out. I know it has a bit of a cult following but nothing near some of the horror titles that TT has had sell out quite quickly.

Funds are limited at the moment, so I just picked up Zardoz and Picnic. May pick up some of their B&W Noir titles like Man Hunt and Man In The Dark next week.

Hey everyone,

Quick question - I have never pre-ordered a title with catalogue titles in the same order before, do they ship separately or wait until everything is in stock?

Preordered Zardoz and ordered the discounted Mechanic. Easy peasy.

Considering getting Cover Girl sometime next week, depending on how robust my paycheck is on Monday.

I picked up The Blue Lagoon, The Eddy Duchin Story, Fate Is the Hunter, The Other, Picnic, Swamp Water (I've wanted that one forever and kept forgetting to order it), and The Way We Were.

I also ordered the new 2-Disc expanded soundtrack of The Egyptian.

I ordered a bit more than I had originally planned, but I charged it PayPal Credit so the bill won't be due until September. I thought about pre-ordering The Story of Adele H, but decided to wait. Hopefully it won't sell out right away.

I've been waiting decades to see this picture in its original widescreen, even now it still seems too good to be true, cant wait to get my meat hooks on this one. Maybe the subtitle thing is just an accidental omission in the listing I can't believe there are none

Same here. I put my first order in:

Zardoz (pre-order)
Bell, Book, and Candle (low-quantity)
Bye Bye Birdie (low-quantity)
The Blue Max (low-quantity)
Pal Joey
Major Dundee

and one non-sale low-quantity title, Hard Times. Given how much I'm planning to spend on this sale, I have to have a BD-buying moritorium for the next month, and I didn't want to take the chance that Hard Times would disappear on me.

The only other known low-quantity title that I still don't have is the Thunderbirds two-fer, which I'm really not all that interested in.

After the pre-authorization hold drops from my account for this order (and do some food shopping this weekend) I'll place another order for a bunch of $19.95 titles. Since none have (that we know) hit the 500 mark, I don't expect any to disappear before then.

I ordered Zulu, The Ken Loach DF and The Firm. Separately I Pre-Ordered The Remains of the Day. I'll get The Story of Adele H. and Richard III sometime next month after they are released.

Yes, I was surprised. I thought they had announced on Facebook a while back that it was only going to be 3000. I guess you're right, and they saw more than expected interest.

It's a completely demented film, and I mean that in a good way. I had it on widescreen LD back in the day, and then on DVD, and now I'll have it on BD.

I went for

The Remains of the Day
Bunny Lake is Missing
The Way We Were

Can't miss with a Period Piece, a Thriller/Mystery, and Robert Redford and Barbara Streisand.

There was a lot that I had previously purchased. If you interested, don't miss out on "Sexy Beast"

Audrey Rose was very grainy but I think it always was, still an upgrade from my DVD. Most of the MGM's haven't been bad at all, I always think the real problematic MGM transfers get released by Kino.

Do people think Remains Of The Day will be a title that will still be available for TT's anniversary sale next year?

I was interested in buying some titles in the TT sale but the Screen Archives link just goes to a Facebook page. Wouldn't it be better linking to an SA page?

The list is only on FB. Review it there, then search on Screen Archives for the titles you want. Or even simpler, look at the first post in this thread, pick out movies you want, then look at them on Screen Archives to see the price.

So you were able to use the no interest payment or will you be charged 6 months of interest in September?

As there are over 16000 posts on this thread it didn't occur to me to look at page one.
I found the list on FB , just seems odd that the one and only site where you can buy the titles at this price does not include the list.
