Anyone happen to get a shipment confirmation yet that got an autographed BLU from Friday yet? (That is if you ordered in stock titles.) I had my order in at 4:02 that day and still no shipped order yet.

Even for in stock items, I usually give it a week for any shipping notices.

Another thing, sometimes their system forgets to send out an email notifying you of any shipments, check your account and the status of your order.

Then there's the mystery package that shows up without notice or even your account changing status from pending.

You'll get it... eventually.

I saw they were having a sale but the two I wanted, The Buddy Holly Story and La Bamba aren't included. Total Bummer! Has anyone heard if TT's website will be having any Black Friday deals?

About the absence of A Man for all Seasons from SAE:

Quote:
We'll allocate some of the remaining stock from the TT portal to SAE which they may receive before the end of the sale - this title is getting close to done.

Default A Man For All Seasons

TT needs to keep us up to date on low qty alerts.

I wonder how many copies they have left fewer or more than 500

The first post of this thread is up to date with the latest low quantity alerts posted by Twilight Time. They normally provide this periodically on their Facebook page and I will then update the first post, including the effective date the list is current. There has been no mention from TT of low quantity status of A Man for All Seasons and until they issue one with an estimate of remaining quantity, I will not update the post.

Just to be clear, I do not follow HTF and do not look there for information. I keep this thread up to date frequently. You guys don't have to wait long, usually no longer than it takes me to get home from work in the evening, before I update the first post. I look to TT Facebook for information and, as of recently, also their website.

However, I am also not someone who spends hours a day on Blu-ray.com or perusing other web sites looking for information to pass on to this site, or spending gobs of time making lots of posts here. I give this site some of my evening "before bed" time and some time on weekends. Also, this is Thanksgiving weekend here in the U.S., please keep that in mind. I am with family, having fun, attending a NFL game, and out shopping with the rest of the masses. Any photo taken of me in the past 48 hrs or in the next 48 hrs will also include whatever beer or cocktail I am drinking at the moment.

Cheers, Happy Thanksgiving, and best wishes for a safe and happy holiday to all.

I'm curious how they divvy them up; how many copies SAE gets in relation to how many stay at TT's home base.

You do an awesome job ..whatever gets posted elsewhere is irrelevant. You update when you are able and that's good enough, its not a case of life or death .

Just the normal jacked up SAE shipping issues they have always had and never seem to improve upon...

Sorry, I wasn't questioning you personally. I know you're not officially associated with TT or SAE. I was just referring to the sudden appearance of a TT title almost gone when there was no word that it was even close. I was being skeptical of the "Almost gone" comment than the absence of it being on the 1st page of this board.

To think how time flies, it's almost that time again for TT to announce their release slate for the next two months.

Isn't that in a week or so?

I hope for a Biblical film for Easter!

I'm not sure but I thought I saw somewhere that Body Double is being released soon. Maybe a region B bd?

UPDATE: Umbrella Entertainment has it for $10 and it is region B.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I'll pick it up directly from TT at full price. For the sake of ten dollars, I'm not going to chance SAE not getting stock before the sale is over, and then it go OOP and prices double or triple.

Although I'd like it too I think Sodom and Gomorrah is out of the question.
Something about not good source elements in USA.

By the way, I think I remembered now that a couple of Guillermin films will come in TT?
It was in a podscast or something..
Although the films I would LOVE to be released (King Kong and Death on the Nile without DNR) aren't probably TT material.

Me too. Also hoping for "The Fury", "Enemy Mine" and "Wild At Heart" re-releases. Hoping for "Avalon" (1990) and "Thunderheart" (1992) for new releases. Agree with Jobla on "Hardcore"; would like to see TT release that as well.
