I didn't want to wade through 11 pages to find an answer to this, so I wanted to ask: has it been confirmed that the Blu-Ray included in this release will have new transfer/audio as well?

Can't believe the BB price still hasn't dropped. I canceled my order for now. No way I'm paying $38 for one movie.

I used to routinely pay $50 in 1980's money for one movie in SD on laserdisc and I considered myself lucky if I got a commentary track and a theatrical trailer with it.

And I used to walk 13 miles uphill in the snow to get to school... and I LIKED IT!

The Amazon pre-order I have is at $31 and I feel like it might not go lower. Warner are using $29.99 as a general rule for day one UHDs.

It'll be worth it when we find out they only printed 10 copies for all of us that pre-ordered it before Amazon locked it down.

If any movie is worth $30, this is the one. I'm not sure if I want to spend that much to have it on release day, but it sure is tempting. **** it. I'm in.

I wouldn't buy them all obviously, but I don't mind supporting a $30 catalog UHD here and there. The catalog prospects for the format are really up in the air, so every bit of support for older movies on the format helps. Also I find real film movies on UHD especially exciting.

Glad to see Warner release more catalog titles on UHD with HDR but why is it over 30 dollars? Zavvi got my 26 dollars to import it to me here in US because US sites were never promoting The Unforgiven on 4K UHD but instead promoting crap like Resident Evil and XXX coming out the same day (which I refuse to buy either one since these films are worthless in my book) and barely mentioning a great film like The Unforgiven. I just hope this sells well to show Warner us UHD disc fans want older titles and not just titles released this year.

With lossless audio being the only advantage for me, and my Oppo 103, I'll wait for the standard BD, later in the year.
