I've seen all of them multiple times, with Extinction being my second most watched movie of all times. I never got to see any of them in theaters, though. I'm psyched to see this and definitely will hit the midnight 3D showing if I'm permitted to. I'm just glad it's filmed with Cameron's 3D cameras and not some cheap transfer, so I know it will look amazing.

+1!!!

I'ove only seen the first one in theaters and I was 15 when the first one came out. I thought the movie was pretty cool and it really captured the vibe and feel of the first game.

I'm glad I didn't see RE 2 in theaters, but wished I would've caught RE 3 in theaters.

RE 2 makes for a good action movie, but RE 1 and RE 3 had more horror elements from the game.

So the first one being crap, made you want to watch the second one, which being crap really made you want to see the third one. You must be up to your ears in crap after watching all three. How much crap can you stand.

These films are not great art, but I like them. And games should be made into films. Not like Hollywood has any original ideas any more.

I agree these movies are not the best for some reason I own them on DVD and just rebought them on Blu-ray. I'm starting to think I've seen the first one too many times now because it's becoming unbearable to watch. I watched some of the extras and realized RE was a prequel to the game. I guess it could of been worse, I read the script for Romero's version and it wasn't bad but it certianly didn't follow the story.

I think that's what makes the first movie one of the better films in the Trilogy. It's a prequel to the games and doesn't necessarily neglect what happened in RE 1 the game.

It's weird after hearing that I was like "Hmmm, I guess it's not so bad afterall." I'm hoping afterlife will be the best. I think Paul Anderson had the right idea for the first movie from what I can tell, he kept true to the M rating, made a different story so we wouldn't be watching something we already seen. In the end I think he made the right choices but I think the movie could of been better. Plus he made Mortal Kombat.

trying to decide if I want to do 2-D or 3-D? The 3-D movie I was wanting to see this year was Tron but the previews for this look good.

Anyone else dislike how they seem to have just rushed into wesker's story.

Seems like they are just trying to get it all in one movie rather then really tell the story.

I'm really excited about seeing this at midnight next week in 3D. The Resident Evil series is one of my favorite film franchises, and this one doesn't look like it's going to disappoint. The 3D factor is also something I look forward to, as it was shot with James Cameron's 3D camera, second to Avatar. I've always wanted to see an RE film in 3D, let alone in theaters, so this should be an exciting experience.

As long as you are not in an isolated Island, you can still watch it, assuming you go to a place where you can communicate.

Anyone else think the trailer looks like The Matrix and Blade II's love child?

Know what would be nice whenever a movie gets reviewed and gets a score there should be a seperate score just for the 3d . I guess not enough people know what cameras it was shot with or if it was converted to 3d in like 2 months or 8 months . I am just saying lol .
