Yelp, time travel and resurrection are coming to the MCU so I can expect to see Quicksilver come back in probably the second one.

As for Peggy and the AoS? Coulson might jump back into films, I would hope anyways cause I love Clark Gregg but the show will be cancelled by then and Marvel will have no incentive to add them to anything. And Peggy will be staying dead.

Even Feige admitted that he can't logistically expect to put all of them in a giant production. As good as this sounds, I'll wait for official announcements

Productions work around different schedules, so you can accommodate everyone. You'll see all the characters in the movies. That's why everyone's contracts were reworked, and part of why Feige needed Ike out, so he could get the money to do it. Ike would have held this back from happening, just like he almost stopped Civil War from happening.

They just need to squeeze the TV characters in. If this is to be the culmination of the current MCU before the start of the next with Phase 4 then they need at least one of the Avengers to find out Coulson is still alive.

Isnt his team chasing down fake mutants/Inhumans?
Is there a gem left with Kree,CaptMarvell or Black Bolt?

I'd be totally ok with them leaving the TV universe out of the next two Avengers movies honestly. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is totally forgettable and Daredevil and Jessica Jones have a totally different tone that really wouldn't fit in the movies.

I'm fine with the TV universe mentioning the goings on in the Avengers movies, but to have them actually appear in the movies would really be weird.

I don't see why it would be weird. Personally I think it would be disappointing if the final of the first three phases of the MCU didn't feature everything that has been a part of it.

Because very few watch that show, half the people who do hate-watch it out of loyalty, and if you bring Coulson back in a movie it has to make sense to movie audiences, which would take a ton of screen time in a movie already sure to be too filled with characters. In short: no.

You might get Daredevil in the background of a huge battle scene. I bet that's the best chance for TV stuff, and even that is slim.
