People.....watch the trailer a few times before saying MEH. You have all waited such a long time for this that the hype is going to always let you down.

I think it was fantastic. Nothing really revealed. Some teases. Not too epic which is good because it gave you a taste. And that's all you need at this point. You still have one more marvel film before this even comes out.

Possibly, they know Thanos is after the stones though, so Stark may have an alternative power source in mind.

Thought the same as well.

Also enjoyed the shot of
[Show spoiler]Peter's Spidey-sense
kicking in!

I definitely recognized some of Atlanta in the background too!

Kevin Feige would love that; would give him another excuse not to give her a solo movie and then wipe her out of the merchandise altogether

Hulk or Thor would be better choices for me, especially since people probably think those two are unkillable.

That wouldn't surprise me in the least, especially since he's the weakest member of either team.

We're just judging the trailers here, not the actual movies. Thor: Ragnarok had the most epic trailer ever. It's about the rhythm, the editing, the way it sells something onscreen in a limited amount of time. This is supposed to be THE BIG ONE -- the one we've all been waiting for. Yes, the trailer should have been more EPIC!

Some people are just too easy to please, and if they had just giving you a black screen with an Avengers logo and a voice-over saying "Thanos is coming" it would have been enough for a lot of fanboys to piss their pants with excitement.

Not me. The hype is real, so we're aloud to be a little critical in this day and age. I'm sure the movie will be fine, But the trailer was a little underwhelming is all. Relax fanboys, not everybody is going to love everything on the same level, you know.

You can have a kickass teaser though. Civil War's first trailer was better than this. Granted, there was more emotion in it with the last bit("Sorry, Tony. He's my friend." "So was I."), but I thought that one delivered better than this one.

I think ultimately the biggest factor that can't be downplayed is that the Comic Con bootleg(if you've seen it) really did steal this teaser's thunder.

I never understood the call for a Black Widow movie. I don't think a solo movie by her would be very appealing, about the same as like a Bucky Barnes solo movie. I get that people want a female character to get her own film, and something like Captain Marvel makes sense. But Black Widow? Meh.

Agree to disagree.

At least Thanos looks like a dude w/ a lot of make-up and CGI.

Rather take a very noticeable CGI character that resembles the character over that weird ass Ivan Ooze looking Apocalypse we got.

This trailer was never going to blow the barn doors off. It was just meant to wet the whistle a bit before Star Wars. Besides this is the bridge film with character moments and probably lots of dialogue. It's the sequel that will probably be wall to wall action.

That I will agree with!

The MCU has just gotten us used to expecting more, I guess.
