basically they have a white chalkboard and wrote on 67 characters names, I'm going to assume at least 40 get cut from that list most likely more

Nah...I'm sure they can fit close to 80 or more characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe into a two-part film. That's 40 character's having small or large roles in both movies.

I didn't mind Ultron, but their trailers made Ultron to seem like he was about to be the most dangerous villain ever. Movie happened, not even close. I would definitely say the audience was fool.

This is a major exaggeration that all too many people have been using. He really wasn't joking nearly as much as some made him out to be.

I disagree. He wasn't Trevor but he told his share of jokes and had the snark to him. Like I said above, I didn't mind him. I thought he was funny, I just went into the film expecting something completely different. Just don't want to see Thanos be that way. Just want him to be about that action like how he punked The Accuser! :-)

From the small pieces we've seen of Thanos, I don't think he'll turn into a snarky villain in the final movie.

Am I the only one not excited by all these characters? I know the movie is split into two, which should take some of the strain off, but what, is it going to be eight hours of Marvel cameos?

Then you have no soul. Honestly though, the phase 2 and 3 characters will probably take precedence for the first movie with the phase 1 characters coming in to clean house in part 2 before they go their own ways, leaving the newbies as the focus on the MCU.

Oh you can bet your behind it was damage control. On the Iron Man 3 disc and in comments immediately afterward they made it clear Killian was "the Mandarin of the MCU." Then all of a sudden he's not after a bunch of whining.
