Gah, down to 23 hours before showtime. I gotta remember to pack an extra tote bag in my purse to put the coin, poster and other goodies they are giving away at the fan-screening in.

I just checked this site on my phone and accidently opened the spoiler thread...read a spoiler. Bummer. Although it's like something that happens that I fully expected, so it was maybe the lamest spoiler I could read.

Seriously, I might have to just sign off the net until 10pm tomorrow when I have seen it.

I've only been signing in to Facebook to share the pics of any of the Avengers I have met......Nebula, Vision, Bucky, Falcon, Maria Hill....saving Hawkeye for tomorrow!
Exactly. As the Russo brothers said, if a character you love, didn't get enough screen time, there's the sequel.

Plus, I am GLAD that this is Thanos' movie. He has been teased for years and it has come to this. A good ass villain sounds fantastic, probably even better than Kilmonger or Loki.

So are the reviews saying Thanos is a top notch villain? Does he match the build up? I am avoiding even spoiler free reviews and I trust fans more than critics when it comes to that anyway.

Exactly. We don't need more character development of the others, we've had dozens of movies for that.

Doing the exact same thing! I've basically stayed off Twitter/Facebook and not watching any reviews or vid reactions. Only thing I've heard is same about Thanos, that he is a dope antagonist & that this film is the Empire Strikes Back of the MCU.

I wish I could say by tomorrow I'll have seen the film but I'm not going to see it until Friday in IMAX

Okay, saw it last night. A very fun film. 4.5/5.

PS: They should just stick with the original title Avengers: Infinity War - Part I.

So, just got home, 4am, and despite a pothole flattening my tyre and thus making me miss the first part of the movie
[Show spoiler]the Asgard tack
Walked into the 4 character in the Sanctum Santorum bit from the trailer

But what I saw....OH! SHIT!!!! Do Marvel deliver.
Think of how the first Avengers lived up to the hype.... and then some!

You seem to hit the ground running in a way not yet quite seen in Avengers ivies yet. It just doesn’t slow down at all.
It was that’s good a movie that @blaze_macleod didn’t get his phone out once!

Can wait to go again after I’ve slept(wasn’t able to last night - been awake and wired since 1pm Tuesday afternoon....) but this time minus the car troubles.
Luckily the bit I missed was the only theory/spoiler I was maybe aware of, and it isn’t referred to later in the movie so I felt caught up enough between knowing
[Show spoiler]that Banner warns Strange and Stark
, and Thor ends up in space, landing on the Guardians windsheild, theorised and shown in the trailers.

The take on Thano, whilst I wish we got the mentally unhinged version Fromm Thanos Rising, is done well. His actions are totally understandable though
[Show spoiler]why he feels the need to be the one to act in wiping half the universe
is still not too clear....

Btw, the spoilers aren’t really giving anything away that hasn’t been shown, or hinted at in trailers and based on what we know goin into the movie. But spoiler tagged just incase because the less you know going in, the better the impact, in my opinion. I mean
[Show spoiler]they even edited parts of the trailers we saw cam what we got in the movie, Ragnorok /Thors eye style

Ok his last one might be a bit of a spoiler you wanna avoid - go in knowing little or just what the trailers show.

Also for those wanting to know, only one post-credits scene, right at the very end (considering how thing end and the tone
[Show spoiler]my cinema appeared to be sat, stunned and shocked, just staring, motionless
as the credits role.

Now, one thing i will say that a definite SPOILER!!!! is
[Show spoiler]poor Stark...his vision of failing came true....he lost Parker! Poor Peter, reminds your he’s A kid when he hugs tight to Stark, begging not to die as Stark could do nothing but hug back as he withers away. If I wasn’t so shocked at the ‘click’ and watching loads of characters wither away, and see the Avengers ultimately fail, I’d have blubbed.
heartbreaker

Agree.

Hardly any slow moments. Its one action scene after another. And I love all battles(except one).

I wont say who dies or who lives. It will surprise you. First 5 minutes really sets the tone for the movie.

Only one end credit scene at the very end.
Can you tell me exactly what happen(in pm or spoiler tags) as I missed it (no trailers/ad’s so pothole made me late)

There is
[Show spoiler]a sort of throw away line explaining, like what we got in the First Avengers with regards to Janes abscence. So it is addressed. As is Ant-Man’s absence

i’d Say Ultron and Black Panther too, as it fleshes put certain bits.

Basically, if this is the first MCU movie you see, or don’t know much about the wider MCU, am not sure it would be enjoyable.
