It's understandable how paternal and protective Tony is of Peter but at the same time it was stupid for him to even bring Peter into the mix in Civil War. That didn't gel with his character.

I remember Tony kept telling Peter not to do anything in Homecoming. Then, Tony told him to go home at the beginning of Infinity War when things got dangerous, but he snuck on the ship anyways. Peter wants to help.

I guess you missed the part where he said if Cap wanted to lay you out he would have. Other than Vision being an idiot no one was going to kill the other side in civil war, lol, come on dude.

You're ignoring the point. What Captain has anything to do with Tony Stark putting a kid in danger? Of course Captain isn't the threat. Zemo is. Thanos is. Loki is. Ultron is. Peter Parker could die like any other heroe and Stark couldn't (literally) stop it. He brought a dumb kid into the Avengers universe. He's responsible for his death.

I didn’t know Tony was the one to snap his fingers. Good to know.

Tony had Happy and the suit itself watching him so if he got into too much shit he’d be there. Everything you’re complaining of is addressed in Homecoming.

There were five movies of a Spider-man who "struggled" yet had the resources to make those suits. The Holland suit looked someone who made it with no money. The other five movies, were in an isolated universe with no Avengers.
