Does Rambo III have forced German subs for the Russian Dialogue scenes?

do any of them have original English audio? I see from the capsaholic scans they've got German 2.0 audio as well as 5.1

If you’re implying that these movies did not have teal originally, then I know with certainty you haven’t seen any original prints and are just shaking the air needlessly.
...you’re one of those folks who claims to remember these sort of details from viewings 15+ years ago. Got it.

I’ve always loved the cinematography in this movie; the gray skies and cold mountain atmosphere are beautiful. But the teal push destroys that in this cap. Hmm.
That does look a little off. Reminds me of the Superman theatrical BD I just compared to the UHD. Hopefully it looks a little more refined in actual HDR.

It’s totally possible to remember how a film looked theatrically years ago. Obviously not every detail but remembering the colour palette sure is especially if it’s a beloved film that they may have seen dozens of times. That’s like saying someone couldn’t remember what there favourite movie looked like on DVD. I saw Saving Private Ryan theatrically a bunch of times and the DVD and BD looked nothing what I saw in the theatre until I watched the UHD.

Also, it’s entirely possible that no home video release of First Blood has been accurate to the source. I’m not saying this is accurate because I was 2 when this came out but going by what I saw on VHS, DVD and BD this looks great. Can’t wait to actually sit down and see for myself.

I think you can remember general stuff, like "the nights in Mad Max 4 look blue," but it's pretty impossible to remember subtle tones and whatnot. So it's a mixed bag.

Yeah for sure, heavy stylized stuff will definitely stick out more.

The UHDs are a huge improvement in clarity and detail, but the revisionist colour timing is atrocious. The day time scenes in the third film look like they've been dipped in urine. This crap needs to stop. Makes all 3 UHDs an easy no-purchase for me despite the uptick in detail.

You should get out more and watch more real projected film.

Change your displays colour temperature. Your problem is solved.

The color timing looks ok to me on 1 and 3, but 2 suffers from some pretty drastic blue hue color timing changes.

Yeah, but you don't hafta pay for the extra urine... Normally that costs quite a bit extra...

I doubt the uncompressed color range is going to look like that on an HDR tv.
