Default User made level's will carry over to retail game.

Quote:
On the main floor at the Tokyo Game Show today Media Molecule co-founder Alex Evans let slip that all the Little Big Planet user-created levels we've been seeing from the beta are in fact going to be making the transition into the full final game. This is great news for the enthusiastic designers who've poured hours into crafting an already amazing array of content ranging from digital clocks to pinball machines. It also means that in addition to the pre-made levels shipping with the game, there will be a ready-made collection of user content for everyone to jump into and get a dramatic first look at some of the potential for what can be done in the game.

If this gets you half as excited as it does us take a quick moment to hit the official LittleBIGPlanet blog and let them know. They've been running a little poll there on the subject of whether or not to bring the levels over and Evans told me that they'd continue to watch to results to gauge your reaction to the news.

Hi Mike, my boy is two and a half and it's the only game he's crazy over, I'm very sure I'm not the only one with a child like this.

No offence but I've got better things to do than to lie about something like this.

I have 2 questions.

1) What do I have to do to get the Sephiroth costume?
2) During that first week will I need to go to the PSN store with the code or how will that work to get the space suit and launch shirt.

I'm getting the game but will be out of the country. But WANT those two items. I'm trying to arrange it where a friend can do it for me!

Leslie, you really don't have to explain yourself to anyone here. I'm actively waiting for a code as well since the one I got in my e-mail seems to somehow already be redeemed (sigh). I hope you and your boy in enjoy the beta

It'd be unfair to throw him at the bottom, but also unfair to put him straight on top, so I put him (or you, if you're reading this) just behind the guy on-deck. Hope that helps.

Ok guys, I've had limited time and messed around with the first few levels; however, my kid and wife wanted to play, so I had them start from the beginning each time - which took even more time.

So, I have yet to try user created levels online, etc. I went to try that last night and can't figure out how to access those. And how do you play online with a buddy?

I want to try all those user created levels and try creating a level - but I have no idea where to go to start those things.

What am I missing guys?

Thanks to anyone who can help. (I'm sure it will be extremely obvious, so - I'll have one of these ready to go -"" )

You need to beat the first three levels in story mode to unlock the user created levels.

Thanks, the world can be a nasty place and we all got to know when to read between the lines but sometimes we forget about taking things at face value, I honestly thought there was something wrong about my post.

Guess we're in the same boat, if we can't get the beta then guess we'll just have to wait for release day. The appeal of this game is so great I'm actually quite glad that this game has turned out as well as they said. Hope you enjoy the game too!

Those of you who are beta testing it, is there a way to make your sackboy look like the members of KISS? It'd be cool to do Gene Simmons as a sackboy.

I think I read somewhere that Sackboy customization was not included in the US beta.
