Nope, you don't.

If you created a level during the beta, it won't show up on the My Moon part, so you cannot edit it, but it does show up if you go to the Me section on the left, and click My Levels, in case you just want to see that it's one of your levels.

Luckily for me, most of the stuff I created I gave away as prizes in my level, so I can just get them back from playing the level. Unfortunately, I no longer have my giant Connect Four machine that I made, because I was greedy and didn't want to give it away as a prize.

Oh my god I'm getting so sick of this - everytime I try to play it gets laggy, then my single player gets all retarded because it can barely connect to the internet to update scores.

Is there a way I can turn off this crap without disconnecting from the PSN?

You can try not accepting the EULA, but I'm not sure if that's possible after you've already accepted it.
