I'm starting to have a few problems too. It got stuck on me 4 times while playing online. And when it loads there is this red background but that only happened to me once. Everything seems to be fine now though. I updated to 1.08 or whatever if it helps with anything. Anyway, good luck with your problems MarineMike.

Oh, and play my level.

The red background happened to me too. Wait until you get to the part that freezes the whole system where you have to do a complete cold-restart. That's where I am now.

Looks pretty cool. I'll have to give it a look later. Maybe you can do a spinoff, and have sackboy visit other famous cities around the world (Paris, London, etc).

Haven't gotten the red background yet - but I did get a hard PS3 freeze requiring a reboot of holding the power button.

I don't know what update 1.08 fixed - but I can guess what new glitch it introduced.

I was a bit annoyed since I had just performed a small, surgical operation on a piece of my level (I was worried about the entire thing collapsing - as levels in LBP seem to enjoy doing). I finished, and it worked! Then the PS3 froze. Luckily, I was able to do it again and got a working result.

Mine was crashing before the update. I haven't even put the disc in the PS3 in about 2 weeks or something... So I don't know if it works or not. I just got annoyed with the whole thing.

I'm not sure how "easy" creating levels is for other people, but it is a lot of work for me.

Its far from easy for me... I have some idea but none results in what I've imagined... I enjoy more playing other level than create mine...

okay.. so i got the game the day it was released... ive only played for a few minutes when i got it, and havent touched it since...

i really dont get it. can you all help me or at least tell me, why i should play longer and what i should play? why would i like this game? i have a whole bunch of other games and i REALLY want to get addicted to a game but cant choose which one.. would this be the game to pick up and play?

First you shouldn't die if you don't like it... I do loved it because I love platformer, and the level design (and the caracters) are very fun! And too add to the fun you can try thousands of level created by every one which is amazing!

I guess I'd recommend playing more than a "few minutes" to see if you actually liked it or not.

Something to keep in mind - If you don't enjoy platformers and/or level creating - no one will be able to convince you to like this game. (Just like I don't care for FPS too much - I realize some of them are extremely well done, but it's just not my thing).

Give it a chance, if you don't like it - move on. (I don't mean that in a rude or sarcastic way.)

I know some people enjoy spending hours going through the user generated levels and others (like myself) enjoy creating more.

I find the user generated levels are fun to check out. Some are better than others - and some are downright horrible. But it's great to see all the different things people come up with. It's amazing to see the amazingly different approaches people take even though we all have the same tools available. To paraphrase Forest Gump - LBP levels are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

Cym, you better be on tomorrow. Ima publish Abusement Park with a lock on it so you can play it, maybe with stephie. I had to take out the 4 person death match for now. I might be able to play with the thermo and get it back in. The level is mostly done, i just need to pretty it up.

If we create levels like that and don't publish them. They can't be moderated right? I just want to creat levels that my friends and I can play on. I'm just starting to get into creating levels. It looks like it going to be a challenge, but rewarding when you finish. I hope.
