Hmmm, how much is this again? (US)

The only things I might be able to use are the warning signs and rank stickers.

(MGS already has bullet hole stickers, I hope these are different in some way).

I don't plan on making a Killzone level, so most of that stuff (just like many of the MGS stickers) won't do me much good.

Really a bummer they couldn't include any new materials for creators.

I know this has been a big item for many fans though, so I'm glad it's coming out for them.

Yeah, that was my price range too. It just sucks that, like the MGS stickers, they are so specific - so, unless you plan on making a level that pertains to that theme, most of those stickers are useless.

However, I can see a few of them being useful, so, for $2.99 I'd take it.

what makes me laugh though is hte lack of a consistent set of alphabet letters .. sometimes when trying to writre stuff out i always had to mix colors or types ..it made a lot of my stuff seem very cheap when i was simply trying to make a sign or something

I know what you mean. I don't get that either. What's worse, is half the times a letter I need ends up being red and doesn't show up well at all on certain materials.

Better off making the letters out of actual materials and gluing them.

I think it's supposed to be 2.99. The download content link a few pages back said it was going to be. I'm going to get it just to see what all the stickets are going to be.

Looks like Mm already whipped a little something up with the new assets.

http://www.mediamolecule.com/2009/03...ne-2/#more-354

Can't be arsed to rehost these.

And Mm Podcast no.2

Quote:
We listened to your feedback - it’s back, it’s longer (but at what cost?!) and it has more LittleBigPlanet in its dank innards.

Podcast No.2 features Media Molecule co-founder and creative director Mark Healey, with discussions on our BAFTA success, LBP design decisions and some of our recent favourite community levels (with an embarrassing lack of level and creator names - sorry, we’ll be more organised next time!).

Enjoy!

Nope. This is a thread devoted to a video game featuring animated "sack" characters with platforming type gameplay.

Second - SUPER BIG THANKS for taking the time out of your schedule to come and post this. Very cool of you to do.

I rushed to get the game up and running, because there is a scerario which would cause that issue - but I knew it could not be the case (long explanation).

I loaded the level and it started just fine for me. I reloaded 4 times, sometimes as "play on my own", and other times as "play online". Worked each time.

Also, below your comment was a large paragraph that praised the level as "ingenious" ect. So, I assuming it worked for him.

With out taking up a paragraph to explain how the level is built/works (at the beginning), the only thing I can think of is that your online loading is slow. It doesn't look like it, but the wheel is actually spinning when you spawn in and when you "land", it stops the wheel. It has to be saved in "just the right" position to allow the game to start this way. It's had over 400 plays and 4 star ratings, I have to assume this is something on your end.

I REALLY hope it can be fixed because I'd love for you to see the difference between PW I & PW II. Again, I totally appreciate you coming here and letting me know about a potential glitch. At this time, I can't imagine why it would load that way for you. Please try again some other time and see if it works.

Also - be sure and stick around the forum and talk LBP (or other games). Are you a creator?

See you around, C Money.
Alright, I'll give her another go later on. Thanks for the reply. And no, I'm not a creator. I lack the imagination to come up with intricate, or even average level designs, so I'm just cool with playing other people's creations. Your first Puzzle Wheels level caught my eye because I LOVE puzzle levels, and I was really disappointed that I couldn't play the second one properly. Hopefully thing will run smoother when I try again.

There has to be something from the Christmas pack, because I get that message too, and I have EVERY piece of DLC ever released except that. Back then, I thought DLC would be available forever and I procrastinated. Then one day in January I looked for the icon to download it and it was gone. My collection is sad and incomplete without it!
I fixed the bubble on the first grabbable winch by putting a thin layer of clear glass in front and back of the inset bubble. Now it can't be popped! Thanks for the heads up!
