Meh. I prefer a Playstation controller to a mouse and keyboard.

And NOT having even the option to buy DLC saves me money.

So did someone go through each post and delete specific ones, or just wipe out an entire block of pages?

Got the game early despite the delay. I think it is the one with the track in question.

IMPRESSIONS:
The first thing you'll notice is that the game has OUTSTANDING production values. Design folks should go crazy over this game because the aesthetic design is like nothing I've ever seen in a videogame. The Douglas Adams-esque narrator/comedy is a nice touch as well.

Visuals are equally breathtaking. LBP definetely ranks up there with Uncharted and Ratchet and Clank as the best looking PS3 games of their time.

The music is very catchy. I still can't get one of the songs out of my head.

Gameplay is very fun. The heavily physics based system adds a whole new dimension to the game.

My favorite parts so far are jetpacking and the survival levels (3 in the 1st 'world').

I've gotten through all the first world's levels (regular + survival). I'm on to Africa soon for the next set! Haven't played around with the level creator (my moon) yet but I don't have too many items anyway.

I can't imagine this song as anything other than "that LBP song" now.

I just sounds like it was made for the game.

I was thinking about just not getting this game over recent issues, but now that I've slept a little thought more about it, seems like it was a rash decision of mine. I won't be canceling my pre-order after all, but just make some very interesting levels.

I was thinking about a few. I was apart of the beta so I played some of the user-created levels and so far what I've enjoyed the most are the side scrollers that last for atleast 5 minutes. I didn't actually create any then as I figured with the limited time with the beta it probably wouldn't be that good anyway.

With the new James Bond movie coming out I was thinking of doing a 007 level or recreate some original Mario Bros levels.

I was thinking that exact same thing... but didn't know about copyrights. I guess it wouldn't be a problem because you CAN'T make the enemies the EXACT same so it would just be inspired by. I think that would be awesome though.

Well from what I've gathered is that you can make whatever you want in LBP levels as long as its not obscene nor offensive.

Such as porn, swear words, or...politically incorrect.

Awesome. I look forward to this. I can't wait until the "My LBP Level" thread pops up and we can test each others stuff.

Little BIG DELAY!!! Evedently there were words from the koran in some song
and while they might've not been offensive sony didn't want LBP to be negitively
affected and issued a recal on all games. Supposedlly it's still coming by oct 27th but who knows. It's pretty sad that because of iresponeable media the general public has a negitive view of anyone but we can be assured that mainstream media isn't done whipping gaming and that it was the only call sony had-especially if it was offensive.

You realize this has already been mentioned and discussed for like the last 6 pages right?

The Qur'an is offensive but the giant penis levels I'll be making are not.
