it was so funny cause most of the time we were just slapping each other off the plane LOL, i never experienced a game like this before. it felt refreshing playing it, cant wait till monday

No. Your not getting it right. It was four stores. Recalled for a reason that has no effect on me. And there is so much out right now that I already spent my LBP money on Far Cry 2. Then R2 comes next. Than Gears 2. Then CoD 5, Then Last Remnant. It's all planned. Because it wasn't out when it was supposed (and should have been) I do not have the money for it in my budget any longer. And I can do the same crap in Far Cry 2... but with guns. Not only that but I am not a member of the LBP hype train. I had only heard of it in july.

To be somewhat brutally honest, I don't think anyone is going to lose any sleep on your decision, but quite frankly, things happen, and a one week delay for a videogame is nothing. -Nothing- at all.

Not having it "in your budget" is a load of crap. In fact, spending the money on something else because LBP is a week late is pretty much the exact opposite of the concept of a budget.

If you felt the need to spend the money on something different that you weren't already planning to buy just because of a week delay, fine, more power to you - it's completely your right as the consumer.

But if you had the money planned out, nothing should have changed by waiting a week.

I swear - and then we wonder why the world economy is in the crapper - no one any more seems to understand what the heck the word "budget" really means.

Just beat LBP - worth every penny (all 7,499 of them plus tax)! Usually, I'm a one and done type of guy, but I'm going back to all the levels to collect everything (plus getting the best scores on the survival/score challenges)!
