Just picked up and am playing LBP now!!

Too bad the beta data doesnt carry over, so now I have to sit through the tutorials and story again.

my gamestop is being super lame..lady said probably won't arrive till fedex gets there around 1pm PST..you'd think they'd have it in the back since the game wasn't really recalled..just patched.

GOT MY LBP FROM MY LOCAL GAMESTOP!!! apparently they barely have enough 2 cover all pre-orders, so if you put urz in, hurry up and pick it up, but call first!!! GAME ON HOMIES & HOMETTES!

Ok has anyone tried redeeming their code? I put mine in for the Gamestop level pack and whatnot and it's saying it isnt valid. When do these become available?

And the same goes for the servers...ugh patience is key.

P.S. --- Anyone who was unable 2 get a Kratos CODE, I am willing 2 trade mine for a valid Nariko CODE from Best Buy! I have an extra one, but only willing 2 trade! PM me or email me if interested..... 1st offer with valid code gets it!

It wouldn't surprise me, my local Target store has all but eliminated 360/PS3 sales. They don't have anything that's not a sports game or a few select older titles, certainly nothing new. No Fable 2, BioShock, Far Cry 2, etc. None of that.

They do sell the consoles themselves but when it comes to games? Not so much.

Atleast I get to play the game!

Oh and I have an extra Kratos code if someone has a spare Nariko code they want to trade, send me a PM.

I wonder if Best Buy would bother to get take a shipment on Saturday...?

I might go check. Or, maybe just cancel my pre-order there and go pick one up at Gamestop.

I just got my copy and the guy at GS tried to sell me their open display copy. I lied and told him I cant take it bc its a gift and the manager told him to give me one of the preorders, which he did. Installing the game now. Im lucky to have gotten one bc it seems as if most either dont have them or are reserving them for those who preordered

The game is not officially released till next week which is why the servers arent up and why the codes arent working

my pop-it menu has serious lag..i don't suppose it has anything to do with me still having the beta installed..anybody else still have beta installed and playing the full game??

why would you still have the beta installed when it has been deactivated?

When you guys say your codes arent working... does that mean you already went to the sony website and put in your preorder code to get an email with another code for the costume?

I have the gamestop card and I go to the website on the back and its not a correct page on the sony site....

The codes are unique and the customes/levels are DLC from the PSN. You have to enter the code in the promotional code box then download it.

Word is that they won't have the DLC up until the 'official' new release date of October 28th (supposedly when all the servers go live again).

Will be curious to see if the servers and DLC go live sooner given the Gamestop move, though!
