Obviously. Thats bc it is the preorder case. Its what you get at Best Buy with the Nariko voucher. Also notice that it has a Ratings Pending tag

I wonder if you will be able to get actual sackboys. Like...little 5" versions of characters. I'd love a little Nariko for my desk! And if they made a service like the 'Make Your Own Teddy Bear' for them where you sent in your designs and they made them? Totally successful business strategy.

They never said the Tshirt was free.

In fact, they very clearly indicated (to me at least) that it wasn't and only the spacesuit was a 'freebie' in addition to the DLC Tshirt being offered.

the way it is worded does leave it open for them to charge, but i don;t think that is what they meant, i believe the t-shirt is free also....
