toefer,

I couldn't get past scene 3 in your "Chaplin" level. I tried to get the globe over the X, but the jetpack tether was too short. I tried swinging the globe around to try and get it above me, but tha didn't work either. I think I'm missing something, or I just really suck at this game... maybe both .

Haha. Yeah, the jet pack is intentionally limited in how far you can fly, to force you to swing the globe up over your head.

The way I do it, that seems easiest, is to make sure you use the button, and speed burst a bit sideways, and then come to an abrupt halt. The globe's momentum will keep it swinging, so then try to move down, so that you can get under it, and then "push" it up above your head (being sure to keep R1 down the entire time, so you don't let go). Basically, just try to get it up on your head, and then push up.

The X on the wall has a key trigger, which makes a wheel spin (off screen). The wheel itself has another key trigger, that will eventually rotate close enough to the key switch, setting off the sound effect/block, to move onto the next stage. That's the easiest way I could think of to make sure people had to successfully pass the globe over the X a certain number of times, instead of doing it just once (though, if you are good at balancing, you could just hold it in place above your head, in front of the X, for a second or two).

Anyhow, your comment makes me wonder how many other people might have a similar problem, and maybe that explains why it only has 3 stars.

Yeah, the globe part was tricky - but doable.

By the way,

Just for my buddies here on Blu-ray - have you found the hidden level yet, in "The Great Race"?

This area has the only prize available in the level, with some extra bubble points as well - and shows what was supposed to be the "finale" of The Great Race. Unfortunately, the themometer was already yelling at me everytime I wanted to add something (even a sticker) - so, I put them here for you guys to check out but was not able to end the race the way I would have liked to.

(Yeah, these Power-Balls are not like the others. )

Hope you have some fun with it.

BorrowedTime already found it on his own.

Awesome, thanks.

I tried to make the scenes progressively harder (though I think the gears part is still the hardest),so the curtain rods were intentionally placed there to help block the globe, so you really have to get lucky/time it well.

Glad you were able to do it though. I just hope it's not too difficult to the point where people quit out of the level because of it (same goes for the gears).

The gears didn't seem hard at all. I liked your presidential race level too, BTW

Added a second level. It's called LittleBigPaintRace.Small race level for two players, it has the paint gun .

I don't' know if it's today especially, but LBP level editor was really slow today. I'm not sure because I haven't touched it in a while but man, I was getting angry at how long it was taking for a simple rewind. I had relatively nothing in there or had done very little and it took FOREVER to rewind.

the whole thing has been buggy today.. IDK if the editor is connected to the net but the whole game seems laggy.

It's there, you just have to wait a little bit , perhaps after it's done explaining it to you. It wasn't there for me either but finally at the end I saw switch trigger and the mustache was there.

Uh oh. I was worried about this happening, but went with my plan anyway, because I thought the dog nose was one of the first/easiest prizes to earn (in one of the early levels).

Though this is the first time I've heard of anyone not having it, I may consider adding another option to the pop-it.

I actually tried the dog nose. I'll wait and do what Silver said.

If you tried the dog nose, then maybe it was what silver said, and it fixes itself after a second or two.

I was only worried about people not having it at all (though it sounds like jamclaur has the proper sticker, its just not showing up as a switch trigger/not working).

I decided to end up using it, because I think you get the sticker in one of the first couple of levels, and you have to beat those levels to unlock the online part of the game. So I figured by the time people can even get to my level, they already have the dog nose.

You can either choose a "theme" (Savannah, Wilderness, etc.) - and/or adjust the color - both are in the tools (looks like a gear). You have to hit R1 to scroll through it - it's the last section. You can adjust color, light, fog, darkness levels, etc. Actually, I don't think they covered that in the tutorial - just like they never covered how to work within the 3 depth fields. I suppose most of it is common sense, but there are things I had to figure out on my own.

I guess they figure if you want to do it bad enough, you'll find a way.

I figured it out. Thanks. I really wanted to go for my own thing so I didn't want to really use any template... So I went from the ground up. I deleted my last level and this one is FINALLY done!
