Yeah, I'll probably get to it tomorrow. . . the wife is going to be home soon from work.

If possible, avoid gluing down bubbles - and as Stephie pointed out - if you've already put the bubbles down, move them into the air while gluing other things down.
It wasn't the key, it was the disolvable material holding the key.

We were just waying that keys and bubbles, when glued to the materials can often cause issues. I would avoid gluing those down. Materials of any kind are fine - bubbles and keys are the potential problems.

Stephie's level collapsed because she had dissolve material that got glued in a way that LBP saw it as a "supporting structure". When it dissolved, the entire thing collapsed.

The game is definitely buggy when it comes to gluing. I've had many, many issues. Even with the rewind option it has caused major issues.

After gluing anything, go back and make sure all your moveable items still move. I don't know how many times something got glued by mistake cause it was nearby - then ungluing it can be tricky. Always double check the functionality of your level while you work. That's my advice.

No, it fell apart when the disolvable material disolved. I don't think the key had anything to do with it.

Whatever Stephie - just leave it alone. Sheesh. You get named honorary LBP Clan Leader and it goes straight to your head. "Everything's gotta be my-way or the high-way!"

Glue is my mortal enemy. I can't count how many times I had to rewind due to me glueing or un-glueing something wreaking havok on my level.

I agree.

Anyway - played through your level again - worked great. Even tried the music portion. All very well done.

The only thing I had an issue with was placing the last block so I could get through. If you could make it just a hair smaller. I was jumping up and down on it to get it in and it wouldn't go, then I went below and as I was hitting it up it dislodged and everything dissolved. I had that problem each time (played it twice - my kid came in as I had just finished and he wanted to see it).

The only thing I think it could possibly still be missing is a couple of mushrooms to jump on.

Other than that, very well done.

CYMBOL, can you play my level again when you get a chance? Tell me if you think it's better than before, or have any other criticisms or comments. Thanks.

Anyone else can play it also and give me some feedback.

Although I can't add one more item or I overheat....lol
Thanks guys. I got this and was like what the hell? I didn't get the trophy yet. I didn't know you had to do all those side challenges to. But that is the most glorious

trophy I've ever seen.

OK, I made the last block a little smaller, and it seems to go in a little easier.

I made a really cool goomba to attack you but I literally can not fit one more thing in the level. I guess the music takes up too much. Maybe I should split the music level and the other level and then I can add more stuff.

I just don't know how much more time I want to invest into a level that only a few people are going to see. When I first got the game and saw some of the horrible levels got thousands of hearts and plays, I figured mine would get a lot more. I wasn't thinking that they were probable one of the first levels to come out, and now there are thousands. Oh well, I guess I'm just going to have to wait for LBP 2 and be one of the first ones to post a good level.

Ok I found the blurry bug in my level! I have 3 rock emitters, and with all the pause-unpause to test things there was a big pile of rock under them that didn't disappear which was good looking so I was keeping it there... but as soon as I remove them, the blurriness vanished!

As for the gluing thing, I think thats my exact problem because everytime I unglue one single part, everything that is glue to it or glue to a part that is glued to something glue on it (you know what i mean...) unglue too. So I guess I'll wait that every things is set and glue before adding my dissolve material (that I dont' want to be glue on the rest).

I was just begin the really enjoy creating, but the glue bug is really get me down. I hope they fix this soon.

I have another question about creating. Is it possible to make gaz disapear? Like if I have a baby crib filled with gaz, but that when I would bring a "key" the gaz would disapear? I know I could make something drop on it to cover it, but It wouldnt be good looking.

Maybe convert dissolve material into gas after you set the trigger?

Couple Plans In-Game LittleBigPlanet Wedding

Remember the guy who proposed to his girlfriend with a LittleBigPlanet level? They are in fact getting hitched - and are planning to do so in the game itself.

Dimmujed, the groom-elect, uploaded that video yesterday, then went into the LittleBigWorkshop forums this morning to announce the happy news that he and his betrothed, Andrea, are to be wed in April.

Remember the level I made where I got engaged with a LittleBigPlanet level? Well now I made a level inviting you all to our wedding in LBP! We are going to have the actual ceremony inside of little big planet with a level on April 11th.

You will be able to check out the level online, and the ceremony on a video come April 11th.

And then the community had this tender, heartfelt reaction to Dimmujed's joyful news.

"Wat."

Congrats to Jed and Andrea. I just hope the hyperactive Sony mods take the day off, or don't find any reason to take down their matrimonial level. Because that would be so ironic, like rain on your wedding day.

You can't make gas disappear. The only way to do it is if you put the gas on a piston out of the way, and make the piston shoot out off the screen real fast. It looks like it disappeared but it didn't. If you make it out of fire or electricity, you can make it disappear.
