The design is amazing! We can see the work it must have been! I really loved the part you must hang around on the white platform with the fire all around it. But sadly I had to quit 2 times (I actually started writing about it on your level comments, but I was missing place and my baby reseted the ps3 while I was starting a second comments...) First time I had to quit was in the power ball, I tried to go right after the big moon (to seek some secret room...) but got stock under the moon... and no way to exit. The second time was in the second powerball, I was going right (again) and without notice I just died squished by an invisible obstacle while I was still driving the power ball... very weird... I didn't have any more time to try it again, but I'll do in the next couple days. But even with that bug, PWs are my favorite levels! Good work!

It's funny, isn't it?

When playing the game itself, the level with the giant puzzle wheel was the bane of my existence!!! I hated anything to do with the idea of a puzzle wheel. But, thanks to Cymbol's incredible work, they have quickly become my favourite types of levels as well!

I guess you mean the "Bunker" level? Yeah I don't like that one neither. Its just a frustrating level mainly because of the jumping on platforms in the last part (unless you walk on "roof").

I'm confused from your later comments in this post - did you find the secret area with the point bubbles and the other secret room with the prize bubble?

Thank you, I appreciate it.

I probably need to put an arrow there, so that anyone looking for the secret room doesn't go there - or some other way to stop the Power-Ball. (Especially since the secret room isn't over there).

Where were you when this happened? Had you gone through the Light Wheel?

Or was it somewhere on the Tilter?

I had a Power-Ball glitch but thought I had finally fixed it 100%. If it happened while traveling on the regular path, I'd like to know exactly where (if possible) so I can work to fix that area.

Thanks.

Btw, I have altered some small things since you and Stephie beta tested and republished from scratch. So, unfortunately, the picture of you and Stephie was deleted.

One of these days you guys will have to go through again so we can get your pic back up.

I found a secret area
[Show spoiler] I think after the first wheel with a small opening behind the check point with point bubbles and I found the power ball prize bubble in the wheel

When I look for secrets room I usually take more interest in going opposite side of arrows.... So maybe just make that once the moon dropped you down that it stays down so you cant go under it and activate the presence sensor to lower it down on you and jam you...

It was shortly after starting the second powerball... maybe 5 seconds or so... but I'll try it again and see if I can make it happen another time (and look to be more precise on the location...)

Oh, ok - you're still missing the secret room with the Prize Bubble. (The one in the wheel isn't really a "secret" - just something for those who check all areas.) Good luck finding the last prize bubble.

I'll have to see what I can to make sure people don't try to go the opposite direction that the moon releases them in.

I'm soooo disappointed to hear you died in a Power-Ball. I've been working that glitch. . . well, forever. I thought I finally fixed it - but there always seems to be some strange scenario that it still occurs. The thing is - it is so random and hard to duplicate. There are so many moving parts that could be in different positions depending on how fast the person is traveling etc. It's so hard to test every possible facet.

Oh well, let me know and I'll try to duplicate it.

I can only hope this happens once in every 80 plays or so (your the first person to mention it has happened.)

I apologize if it has been asked before, but I looked for a while and could not find the question on the 300+ pages on this thread. If you do not have the MGS DLC, are you still able to get the Platinum trophy? Thanks.

Yes. Platinums only require obtaining the original set of trophies--no DLC content required.

Hahaha. Well I'm glad someone knows all the posts front and backward on this thread. Next time, I'll just send you a PM personally for questions.

Cymbol, I've tried PW2 again this morning. The first time I died again sqeashed in the second power ball by an invisible obstacle but this time a bit further in the light wheel maybe a inch or so before "jumping" in the tiler part, but I really can't see what could have been wrong. The second time went perfect! I've finished it, found the secret room with the prize and did the optional wheel which is my favorite of all! Nice idea the moving pistons! I'll tried it again with the race sticker to see if I can beat the high score.

I have tried several times to get that glitch to happen to see "where" on the Light Wheel it occurs - but I make it through everytime. Someone else left a comment about the same issue. The said it was a Great Level, but they got crushed on the Power Ball and had to finish the race on foot.

This was the glitch that caused me to stop making the level. I got so frustrated with it, that I stopped working on PWII and decided to make a Survival Challenge instead.

I thought I had finally, finally fixed it - but it appears there is still some slight chance. The thing is, I can't seem to duplicate it - so I can't fix it. I'm not sure what I'll do. I'm tempted to take the level down - but I'm not sure what good it would do since I have no idea where the problem is.

Bah! LBP glitches can be quite annoying.

Btw, like the new avatar. (Even though that DMB blu-ray was one of the first blu-ray I got).

I wouldn't do that. I don't think you'll get bad rating for that glitch because its very obvious that it isnt cause by creator laziness. And maybe (even though people don't give much comments) with more comments you might get help to pin point the problem. Meanwhile maybe you can add a check point in the power ball? or a power ball emitter so when you accidently die, you don't have to walk it all...

In sensei's Lost Castle. What is the switch trigger to get the prize bubble right below the 2 player challenge? I try and get the ninjas to follow me, but nothing seems to be happening. I see a trigger on the wall to the right of the prize bubble I can get it to do anything either. I'm stuck...

It's the one inside the pillar if that rings a bell...
