Can you imagine new levels and stuff? Someone on GAF suggested a NPC sackboy that would follow you, wait for you, etc....that could be so awesome.

I played the level the 'No Place Like Home' referred to. I noticed in some of the screenshots the number '02044020' appears in the background, any idea what that could refer to?

That code needs to be entered into the HoloPAD in the HUB space in HOME. It gives you one of 20 available fragments to an image that is nearly complete as part of a huge mystery that is going on in HOME. There is a conspiracy afoot involving corporations and a group of rebels lead by a girl named Jess. It's all ficitional and it's been going on for months, but once I got started, I follow the proceedings on a daily basis!!!

Fragments of the above mentioned image are attained via various tasks whereby you decipher codes and/or achieve success in various games/puzzles located around HOME spaces.

If you want to know more, google "playstation home xi" and you will see what I'm talking about. There is something afoot in Playstation@HOME!!!

Good luck... there is a lot of stuff to do!!! A lot of the puzzles and fragments require research outside of HOME itself. I had to use the internet on my laptop several times to research clues and hints.

Playing this for the first time now. Kinda cool. Frustrated because I can't jump high enough to get a couple of the stickers. lol. I'm on the beginning of the level where you learn to grab things. I can't seem to jump high enough over to get the sticker.

I'm like, "I ain't buying all that sh**" lol

If I buy ANY, it'll be the Kratos and the Heavenly Sword pack (Nariko + Kai)

Make certain to buy the MGS4 pack. It has a bunch of costumes, stickers, AND ACTUAL LEVELS!!! In all honesty, that is really the only DLC for the game that I say is a "must have." The other costumes and stuff is all frivolous... even though I own 90% of it.

couple questions about DLC:

1. I saw there is a "God of War Level Kit". Now the title of it is "costume kit" but when you click on it and it shows the description of whatever the items are, it says "Level Kit"

Is that bonus levels based on God of War levels?

2. How many "Level Kits" are there besides the MGS one and the potential GOW one (if I'm right about above)? Are there bonus levels besides those?


Also I bought the Kratos outfit and the Heavenly Sword pack.

Plus I have to say that I don't recall any other DLC having an explicit statement about "to download this you must own the game".

That was interesting.

I rented this game, and one day after playing it, I ordered it. It'll be here Tuesday. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! lol

MGS is the only kit with playable "Levels"

The others have level creating tools stickers decorations costumes and objects (materials, shapes, tools, etc.) This helps to create Levels so it probalby should be calles Level creator kit. or something like that.

I would love to find a little denim blue sackboy to put as a keychain. lol. Looked on Ebay and didn't find anything.

I'd like to find one that's actually a little soft doll type thing, not a hard plastic one or a thin paper thing.

I bought the Kratos + Heavenly Sword pack suits.

But when I downloaded/installed them, then loaded up the game, only the Kratos one showed up....the Nariko and Kai ones didn't. Should I redownload and re-install?

Update: I connected the ethernet to the PS3 and went in and REDOWNLOADED and re-installed the Heavenly sword pack.

NOW I have the Kai outfit, and all the stickers (including several "costumes") but it still only registers the Kai outfit in my customized thing. The Kratos one is in there but not the Nariko.

Weird.

Also Anyone else have to update to 1.3 or something when connecting to LBP online tonight?

I just did and it made me install like 5 updates and then showed me the EULA before playing.

Double Weird.

And one more thing. To whoever I played tonight in your Star Wars level...sorry for bailing it was frustrating me because it kept dropping us back in after dying right on the lightsabers and killing us again. lol. After about two or three minutes of this I said "it's almost 2:30 in the morning, I'm too tired for this...ahem..mess"
