The introduction of sackbots really enhances what you can do with LBP2.

So, you could have a story level with Marvel characters - and have to unlock each character - and then have them follow you to open up other areas, etc. (Even create a prelude movie where they all get kidnapped)

And even create a huge Hulk sackbot that breaks through walls for you.

Having costumes in LBP2 will actually become "useful" for those of us who don't often purchase such items because they aren't typically helpful in creating.

Sacktue of Liberty Costume up in store for free, I presume for a week. There was another one free last week but I can't for the life of me remember the name.

Cymbol, you were wondering if something new in the way of creation tools was coming...of course, at this point I don't know for sure, but with the MGS levels was the Paintinator, with the Pirates ones was water. I hope something cool comes with these. I'm buying regardless. Damn, by the end of next Tuesday, I may have spent up damn near $100 at the PS store...all of these costumes, the levels, MW2 Resurgence pack, and maybe PS plus...

They had the "Solstice" sackboy for free last week.

Sacktue has been up before (last year) - but they only have it around for a limited time to download each time.

I read somewhere there will be no new tool (game changing such as the paintonator or water).

I'm happy with new materials and decorations (stickers are ok, but decorations are much better).

Don't see myself buying all the costumes - I'm hoping they have them individually. At the very least, I'll probably see what the big bundle price is.

Just glad to have new objects to create with.

These little updates usually inspire me to create some more - I need to make Dream Catcher II - Shadow Realm, a little inspiration helps.

Contrary to popular belief, looks like the Marvel level kit will not have trophies. A Community Curator on the forums stated this.

I'm looking forward to seeing what's bundled as part of the Level Kit - that's what I'm most intersted in at the moment, but I'm sure I won't be able to resist picking up a few character costumes, especially Iron Man and Captain America. I've made a few of my own, but these are a lot slicker.

I might actually buy some costumes this time. Being able to turn your costumed sackboys/girls into sackbots to interact with is a huge leap for this game. Having costumes will actually be useful for creators now - and these costumes look fantastic (as marvel characters, or to use to make other characters). Very cool.

I see my wallet funds going down in the near future.

this update might get me playing again. I get all the free costumes and even a few paid ones, but I haven't touched the game in a year or more. these costumes are great, and I am looking forward to the levels. kinda annoyed there are no new trophies for it though.

might even try to build some levels using the marvel themes.

that many? I though it would be like the other costume packs 5 maybe 6. That is AWESOME! Guess I will have a reason to buy the POTC level pack now.
