I think nothing is really being done until Monday. That's when Gamespot and IGN will pick back up on sending out emails, and I think some other site's giveaway is on Monday. And then Tuesday is the X-Play thing on G4TV.

Yeah, exactly. Although with Wipeout and starting Burnout over (for trophies), I have had plenty to play, but LBP would have been nice.

LBP will be both highly praised for it's ability to create infinite innovative & fun levels to play on but also will be blasted when more people start creating levels like the one in the YouTube video

The same will be true for Playstation Home, specifically it's planned cinema type area or people's ability to play things off their HDD on TV's they have placed in their apartment, house, mansion etc or whatever else Sony plan to let somebody pay for

Basic theme, the tool is only as good as it used appropriately e.g. a Knife, use it to cut vegetables & it's being used for good, stab somebody with it & obviously that is being used for bad

Time will tell how Sony plan to deal with these people & this is the pitfall of an open system where responsible people & idiots alike are given the ability to do stuff like i mentioned

I'm not surprised - unfortunately. I guess the only thing I don't understand is why people waste so much time doing this kind of stuff, (making the level, capturing and posting on Youtube, etc).

I believe Sony has already removed this feature. They cited copyright laws, however I think it has more to do with lewd images and videos becoming rampant if they did not.

I think HOME has the potential to get ruined very easily and probably will be. It's sad that people often find ways to ruin good public entertainment.

Idiots like i said when given the power to do stuff like that, WILL do it, only severe punishment like banning of IP address, deletion from PSN or othe severe punishment usually will deter most who care more about being able to enjoy great games with others rather than spoil it for others

so when it shoots out white objects and gets launched into a giant pink hole/slot thingy, you wouldn't think to yourself, hmmmm....this seems kinda familiar

i agree on the kids thing. unfortunately, for this game, online play is basically everything. my little cousins are dying to get this game, and if my aunt and uncle don't let them play online, i know they will be pissed.

and the penis level, while immature and unnecessary, really isn't that bad. i just hope i dont play a level where there are pictures of things i dont wanna see. some douche bag is going to do that as well.

if you're worried about your children downloading inappropriate levels, don't let them download any.

while certainly a good sign that this confirms thoughts that we all highly suspected, remember that its reviewed by playstation magazine. they are going to be biased when reviewing a PS3 exclusive that has the potential to sell lots of games and even systems. ill wait to over scores when i see some outside reviews.

i got to thinking about gamestop and their kratos code. it can be shared right? how is it shared, does anyone know? can you just use the code 5 times or what? cause i'd like to be able to get ahold of one if thats how it works

As childish and stupid as it may seem, no one is forcing anyone to play the penis level if you don't like it just simply don't play it I find it difficult to believe people get upset over this, then again I don't have kids and don't know how it would affect me in that situation, but everyone has the freedom to do as they please even if we don't like it, personally I really could careless what people make I don't have to play it if I don't want it so why let it bother me? just a thought.

i agree, i never said no one couldn't make that type of level, just that i think its stupid, immature, and something i don't want to see. they have a right to make a level like that, and i have a right to call them a douche bag for doing so .

now if someone just throws in a picture of something nasty in their level without announcing it in the title (i.e. adults only or something), then im going to be super pissed. if you wanna make a level with a picture of your schwang stamped every where (cause thats pretty much what im talking about), go ahead, just give me a heads up so i don't have to see it.
