Regarding the C9 versus the CX ...

This is my own personal opinion: If you can find a brand new C9 for a price that is substantially lower than a CX (brand new, same size), then it's a no-brainer.
And only buy from certified manufacturers with full warranty.

Here in Canada we can buy extended warranty for six years and burn-in is covered in the warranty from Best Buy. It's a great time to be alive in Canada with LG and Sony OLED TVs.

I just wish there would be more Panasonic OLED TVs, thats all.

Not a great example from Scottishguy as I actually got paid for working on Dawn so I suppose that does makes me a shill if I speak up for it, but if it helps any I haven't done a thread review of it for this reason. Maybe further down the road as I don't feel like rewatching it again soon anyway, having watched it on repeat for the QC work. But it's your views on it I'm eagerly awaiting Mike, and I'm not being sarcarstic.

Sorry that he trashed Vizio OLED, but to be fair, it is a waste of money. It cant be calibrated correctly, motion is horrible, poor near blacks, and so on. So yea, anyone giving it a good review, is someone I would suspect is being paid off.

Vincent reviews the tv. He doesn't need to say if it was better or worse than the previous model year. All I want is a review of that tv. That's what he gives. You have a brain. You can determine on your own if you think after his review if it is better or worse than the C9. Or better yet. Watch his review of the C9, and then watch his review of the CX. You are upset that he wont give his opinion on which one is better, and then you get upset when he does.

You've already been told, the man was literally being wined and dinned by LG, those events did occur, I watched the video myself when Vincent talked about it.

Anyway, what part of the fact that he's an "Influencer" that you don't get? Oh by the way, with the Vizio he paid his own money for the set to be shipped to England or wherever he resides in Europe. If Vizio would have sent him a set on their dime and wined and dined him, that Vizio set would of had a great review from Vincent.

I guess you might as well claim he is a paid shill for going to China and visiting the TCL plant, or going to South Korea and visiting Samsung. Oh, yes he also visited LG Display to see how they made OLED panels. He has pointed out flaws in all 3 brands in his videos. Not a very smart influencer, biting the hand that feeds you.

As far as the Vizio, the reason why he had to order it from the states is because they are not sold in the UK, and people wanted him to do a review. So yes, he paid for it out of his own pocket. He bought it from a Best Buy and they shipped it to him. An employee at the store is one of his followers and he got an employee discount which helped offset the cost. He was straight up about that too.

He gets his tv's for review from a local dealer. They are kind enough to let him review the tv's they have, and then he returns them. yes, he does give an advert to that store on his youtube video. At least he is honest and says where he gets the tvs for review. And he doesn't get cherry picked panels. He gets whatever they have in stock. So it's not LG, Samsung, TCL, etc that are sending him free tvs.

So if you have proof that he is making false claims about any tv he reviews, please tell us. You are the one accusing him of selling out. If you can't prove it, it's best maybe you shut up because you are becoming a joke.

You obviously don't like Vincent. I would bet you have that Vizio tv that he criticized. If you do, sorry that you bought a piece of junk. Maybe next time listen to Vincent.

Nope, I have LG C8 and Sony A8H. Now just because I own them doesn't me I believe those sets are God's gift to display technology like many fanboys and girls.
