Has anyone added the 2008 Optimum release of Terminator 2: Judgement Day to the list? It's currently the best home video transfer of the film to date and it looks much better than the Skynet Edition.
Both transfers are sourced from the same HD master but the Skynet Edition is heavily DNR'ed whilst the Optimum release isn't DNR'ed.
I believe the Optimum release looks identical to the Japanese Premium Edition.
Sleepy Hollow UK disc is supposed to be an MPEG-4 AVC code with DTS-HD Master Audio, so for the price, it's the best PQ/AQ edition. It's just Region B locked so people need to have a region free player. It's currently not on the list and should be added.

I added it. Unfortunately, it has no extras and is region B locked.
Also did a comparison US and DK Meet the Parents, DK wins in best PQ. Again, Universal's release is just plain awful being very dark, DNR'ed to death and no having no grain at all, but the Danish Paramount release has so much nicer color, no DNR and a nice grain structure.
Haven't compared audio yet.
Interesting. Do you think it's just the Danish Paramount, or all Paramount releases (like the UK)?

Yes it exists. I have it. It's hard to find in France as it was an exclusive release through a deal between Pathé and a particular mall called "Carrefour" (I believe this brand also exists in several european country as well).

The US release from Sony is OAR with a very good presentation.
Many more dub tracks on new disc but as I said, only around 30gb used on both so those tracks doesn't matter. There are still at least 17gb unused space.

Space isn't everything. The BD stream isn't supposed to go above 48Mbps. If you have 20Mbps of audio streams that doesn't leave much room for the video.

but all of the reviewers swear that it's not the uncut version, only the same old, same old - except that the video quality sucks on all the films.

For example, if one takes a look at this BDinfo scan you can see that the total bitrate is 41.68Mbps (Beverly Hills Cop II). If you continue down to 'stream diagnostics' you can see a break down of what that includes:

From the caps the recut version is ever so slightly sharper, maybe down to a newer encoder version, thus not needing the higher bitrate, but it defiantly falls below 48Mbps max stream rate.
But why is the runtime shorter on the recut version? Is it missing some end credits or studio logo's?

Again, not my opinion - I've never seen the "Legacy" versions - but all of the reviewers on Amazon swear that "Live Free" is not the uncut version and that the video quality sucks (comparatively) on all of the films.
