He did a great job converting from the 3-4 to the 4-3 wide nine.

Also I believe Mifunefan is a NYG fan. Good list idea! Maybe it could be added to the OP?

Schwartz is a great DC, but he is a total moron for not blitzing a rookie QB (Flacco) in the playoffs. Granted if Fisher was a good coach he would've advised Schwartz to do so.

One of the worst couple losses this team has ever endured.

I'd be open to Schwartz getting another shot as a head coach. Maybe he learned from his mistakes with Detroit, but we haven't shown any signs of interest yet.
