Sorry Biz, I really wanted to see Lion fans get that first Super Bowl.

I will now root within my division and hope to see Movie and his Bills get that first taste of sweet victory. Even though I am heavy on Henry this afternoon I will still be pulling for the Bills....

2 NFC North teams proceeded to go a combined 29-5 this season and both were rinsed right out of the play-offs. It's fun to look incredible in the regular season but not perform when it really matters. Cowboys have done it quite a few times since 1995.

Lions were FRAUDS, just like Vikings! You take away a preseason game, add a regular season game, RUIN the Probowl by going flag football, and now we have 13-15 win FRAUDS getting knocked out first round by 10 win Wildcard teams.
Also, horrendously transparent CORRUPT officiating in the Chiefs/Texans game, not ONE, but TWO BOGUS roughing passer calls on Mahomes for undeserved game-changing drive continuations. And the little ****er wasn't content with that, he continued NBA style to try to draw additional cheap/bogus calls by flopping. Hate that guy. Belongs in the NBA, he's a soft goddamn flopper who should be given ZERO PROTECTION yet is getting the LEBRON treatment, absolutely SICKENING and if the NFL has any integrity, rule changes will be made in the offseason regarding what flags can be picked up, and that shit he does where he's running to sidelines then stops, waiting/hoping to be smashed for a roughing call, as the announcers alluded to, I think it was Aikman, shit needs to change. Be on the lookout for MORE BOGUS CALLS in upcoming Chiefs games. How about they actually earn another title?

Lions were not frauds, they had too many injuries on defense.

Apparently roughing specifically can't be overturned once they've called it, is what Aikman was saying has to be looked at in the offseason.

BS. How many times was the league clearly AGAINST the Patriots? The whole Colts "deflate" nonsense where no advantage was gained in game that was lopsided anyway. The Patriots were NFL Brass enemy #1 entering the 2016 season when Brady actually served the suspension, and he and the Patriots played that whole season with an extra chip on their shoulder, climaxing in Goodell having to hand Brady the trophy in one of the most ironic and satisfying moments in the history of sports. Meanwhile Mahomes, Kelce+Swift have been protected league darlings who can do no wrong and are being milked marketing-wise for all their worth. TOTALLY different dynamics in play, only commonalities of the runs are the piles of wins and titles, that's it. Brady wasn't a runner nor was he a flopper. The bulk of his run with the Patriots was also before they protected the QBs as much (excessively).

Injuries isn't a valid excuse for a #1 seed getting outed in their first playoff game. EVERY remaining team has dealt with injuries since preseason. Part of the game. Part of winning a title is endurance and having a deep roster. It wasn't even close, WAS blew 'em out their own building, with a rookie QB. Fradulent 15 win 1 seed, not championship caliber, clearly. That 12 men on the field penalty on 4th down was outright embarrassingly bad.

According to ESPN, the Chiefs pressured Stroud at a rate of 56%, which is the second highest in an NFL playoff game since ESPN began tracking pressure in 2009. Chiefs also sacked Stroud 8 times.

Horrendous offensive line play by the refs.

The first roughing the passer was a coin flip....Mahomes got the call. The second one when he was running the ball as not a good call (against the Texans).

I had a beef with the Schultz catch calling it a completion. The ball still had movement and the second foot landed out of bounds. It was called on the field and it was coin flip that went into the Texans favor. See how this works? Both teams at times get the benefit a missed or poor calls.

Saying the refs are in the Chiefs pockets and the NFL is rigged are comments based on anger....I get it...your angry about the outcome. But, there isn't a conspiracy against the other teams and in favor of the Chiefs, which is what you are suggesting.

I really hope it will be the Bills/Ravens vs Washington in the Super Bowl this year. I don't want to see the Chiefs, Eagles, or Rams in the Super Bowl again. I'm a 49ers fan btw .

The Lions have been dealing with a banged up defense for the latter part of their season, yet they still finished in a tie for the best record. They had almost 400 yds of offense before WAS started playing soft coverage when the game was pretty much over, not to mention were averaging almost 9 yds a play at one point. Nope, Jared Goff was the reason they lost (21 points off of turnovers, two were his).

Jared Goff is not a 50 mil qb and I foresee his ridiculous contract getting restructured in the future.

No, it wasn’t. His helmet hit his shoulder pad. Even the NFL rules analyst (Russell Yurk) and all the ESPN analaysts said it wasn’t a flag, but gotta protect Mahomes. After all, no Chiefs in the playoffs, no Swifties ratings boost.

But DeMeco Ryans was 100% correct when he basically said you have to play perfect ball when having to face the Chiefs and their refs (you have everything stacked against you when playing them in his own words and he’s not wrong) and, well, they didn’t (missed EP and two missed FGs, one they had no business kicking in the first place along with some boneheaded playcalls). Give him props for taking some degree of ownership at least after what he had to deal with in this game.

How about that ridiculously bad holding call on Trey Smith that took away a big Kelce first down? The Houston defender had him by the jersey and pulled him to the ground, but somehow Trey was penalized.

Just because the Chiefs were able to overcome a 1st and 20 from inside their own 10 doesn't make that any less of a terrible call.

Yes and they had problems with mobile QB all season

Allen Week 15
Love Dec 14
Williams Thanksgiving
Stroud Nov 11
Mayfield Sept 15
Mahomes in Preseason
Daniels in Postseason

Now yes the Pick 6 and other int were bad, 4 things that killed them

Pick 6 - which should have been ruled back due to illegal hit on Goff.
12 Men on the Field - This was a killer
J Mo Failed TD pass - This was a killer
3 WR v 1 DB the Mclaurin TD - This was THE killer

The Broken forearm for Robinson also forced them to change defensive schemes and then losing Branch in 3rd Quarter sealed the deal.

Add all that up and include the 18+ players on IR - Lions were on fumes for the better part of each game. Lets also add their backup QB was a fricking highschool coach upto 3 weeks ago.

Lets look at IR List for the start of playoffs

Lions 18
KC and Houston 11
Ravens and Rams 8
Eagles and Commanders 7
Packers and Vikings 5
Broncos 4
Bills 3

Wind chills in the single digits expected in Buffalo, with snow flurries not the messy stuff falling in Philadelphia.

Right from the Kickoff you could see how this was going to go. Boyd makes a great tackle (causing a fumble) but then makes a bone head move by throwing his helmet off and spotting the Chiefs 3 points. The the other special teams mistakes 2 missed FG, 1 Blocked, and 1 missed EP = 10 pts and you spot the Chiefs 3, 13 points!!!! Then all the sacks the Chiefs had in the Redzone...explain all that way. The Chiefs don't hurt themselfs, they learned that from playing Tom Brady and the Patriots. Chiefs are just doing it better now.
