Had Cooper Manning not had spinal problems he might have been a star in the NFL too. He was an all-state WR in high school and was probably going to play for Ole Miss like Eli did had it not been for the medical condition.

Sometimes players do have kids better than their old man. Jelly Bean Bryant was a mediocre basketball player while his son Kobe is one of the best ever. And Michael Jordan's sons are nothing more than mediocre college players with no NBA future.
