I wonder how the 49ers will react if they win tomorrow and then sometime in the next 2 weeks Crabtree is charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault. I would think they would have no choice but to suspend him indefinitely if he is charged, but on the other hand Crabtree is by far their best receiver and they could say they will not discipline him until the legal process has played out.
