Revis trade talks heating up

NE never makes a lot of noise in free agency but maybe this could be the year they do with Brady's window closing
don't think the Jets would ship the best player to a division rival but they've made stupider moves

Pats are really a corner (or 2) and a deep threat away

New York Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis is not happy about reportedly being put on the trading block. Both general manager John Idzik and owner Woody Johnson had a chance to deny multiple reports Thursday morning, but the pair dodged the topic.

"I think it's way premature to say anything specific," Idzik said.

That was enough evidence for Revis, who voiced his frustrations via Twitter a few hours after the news conference.

"I'm speechless by far but more importantly I feel more upset for the jet nation for having to go through this!!!" Revis tweeted.

Revis also added: "I guess we’ll see how this plays out."

New England and Buffalo are both interested, but the Jets won't ship him to a division rival without a slam dunk deal. I see him being dealt to a team like Green Bay or Seattle who both have reported interest.
