Not in my book. I'm sure that would play into it, but backing a winner doesnt translate in you being a winner. Another reason I hate bandwagon fans, they think because they back a winning team they think they are somehow better fans, when the opposite is usually the truth. I guess that's while I loathe Patsie fans I felt good for all the Red Sox fans out there when they finally won the world series. I kinda liked the Dolphins because my Dad did, because of the AFL and because he liked Shula. But Marino came in, I was hooked.

As far as liking teams that were close, I disliked both teams because our local NBC station (NBC carried the AFC in the 80's & 90's) shoved either the Seahawks or Broncos down our throat. Most Sundays they'd play on or the other, depending on the season, instead of the best game of the week. To make matters worse back then they'd have the 'Ten Minute Ticker' which probably was more like the '20 Minute Ticker' so I'd sit through a crappy game waiting for the Dolphins score to pop up. Thank God for the Sunday Ticket.

I'd rather get stomped by Rodgers at home in a dome than by Vick on the road in the tundra.... where you were undefeated in the playoffs....

also......Bakhtiari spent almost all of practice @ LT......and held his own against Matthews!! Matthews blew him up a couple of times.....but was a hell of a lot better than Newhouse @ LT!!

really excited about that kid after today!!

I'm sure it's probably not final, but I'll take it! I was thinking about the 2011 15-1 season when Newhouse started at LT and assumed he must have done awesome. But then I checked and saw that Rodgers was still among the most sacked in 2011. Not that it's entirely his fault, but we all know how crucial that position is. I'd hate to see another year of that.
