Fun fact of the day.. both New York QBs (Manning and Smith) lead the league in turnovers with 11
Still think Locker sucks? 3 TD passes in the first half against a top 10 pass defense.

6 TD/0 INT (and no turnovers) on the year... 99 passer rating (5th in the NFL behind only Manning, Rivers, Romo, and Rodgers).

Inaccurate?... 62.2% completion.

Fitzpatrick will screw us.

Jets aren't a good pass Defensive team.. they played Freeman and Manuel beofore the titans. The Brady game would have been a blow out if the wideouts knew out to catch, I am going to enjoy watching the Jets get lit up against Ryan, Roethlisberger, Brady, Dalton and Brees for an awesome 6 game losing streak that I will be enjoying a ton. Locker is better than both Freeman and Manuel.. Locker's only challenge this season was the Texans. everybody else isn't even a playoff team.. Little early to be praising Locker, but he is injured once again which seems to be a regular thing with him.. Fitzpatrick is a better passer but will make dumber decisions which will cost the Titans games, he threw a nice bomb to Washington.. I honestly don't think Locker can throw more than 50 yds.. lets see if the man from Harvard learned from his mistakes in Buffalo..

Jacksonville is an 11 point underdog vs. St. Louis next week. Ya... double-digit dogs to the Rams.

These first 4 week have been crazy. Especially with the Falcons who went so many games last year unbeaten and now they're 1-3. Alot of weirdness everywhere. Biggest surprise would have to be the 4-0 chiefs. They already doubled their win total from last year already.

He will have his good games, but his bad games are colossally hard to stomach. He just doesn't have the arm strength to make some of the throws necessary in the NFL.

I'm not sure what you're talking about.... that was a terrible, lame duck throw to Washington. Nate beat Cromartie bad, but Fitzpatrick threw a pretty awful pass that Nate had to slow down for.

And Locker has a stronger arm than Fitzpatrick, so again I'm not sure what you've been watching. I'm not sure he can throw a 50 yard pass in the air (I bet that's about his range), but there are plenty of QBs in the league who can't throw beyond 50 (including Peyton).

We're about to go on a three game losing streak with Fitzy... but it would've been tough to win any of these even with Jake.

if that throw was bad to Nate, Cromartie would have picked it off, he threw it right in Nate's hands.. I was at the field running some routes with my buddy. we wanted to see how far we can throw at our age now; I threw it 39yds in the air, now you're telling me that the majority of the leagues qbs can't throw 50 yds; 11 yds more then me? come on man.. JaMarcus Russell threw for 75yds on one knee!! Also I didn't play qb in high school I played Wide Receiver and Cornerback

He can be streaky, so you might get lucky. I feel for you man, Locker looked to be the real deal.

It was still a bad pass IMO... sometimes bad passes work.

Yea, I threw about 30-35 yards last weekend... not sure I could do much better. Where did I say the majority of QBs can't throw 50 yards? I said 'plenty'... that simply implies a handful.

I have yet to see Peyton throw a 50+ yard pass through the air in the past few years... he was never the deep ball QB. Some QBs aren't.

I'm pretty sure the longest throws through the air last year were from RG3 and Ruthlessraper. RG3 had a 58 yarder and Ruthlessraper had a 55 yarder. Something like that.

It's actually pretty rare for a QB to throw it 50 yards in the air during a game (outside of Hail Mary's), so it's hard to know how far some of these guys throw. I know Flacco probably has the best (furthest) deep-throw in the league right now. However, he still sucks.

And FYI, Locker's throw to Justin Hunter for the game winning TD last week went at least 40 yards in the air, and he obviously could've put more on it.
