I don't even really count league titles since those were just given out to the team with the best record at the end of the season, not necessarily the best team overall.

He's earned a top 10 QB bid from me now. Still overrated and Russell Wilson is actually the best young QB in the league... not sure what the experts have been watching, but that is a factual statement.

This could finally be the first year the Titans go into the season without a single Oiler connection (other than the fact that ownership is still in the Adams family).

Finally excited about this team moving forward!

Even though your team hasn't really done anything since Air McNair was in his prime?

Are you referring to me being excited moving forward? I know you may not realize this, but we have a very talented team. We are missing a head coach and QB (and obviously there are other areas that need improvement). That's a lot to ask for, but it seems like every team getting a new coach and a new QB always does well. If you want examples, I'll list them all, but there are about 10 teams or so within the last 6-7 years, so it's a long list.

C'mon man... You're a Cowboys fan. It's been since 1996 since you guys have been good. As a whole, the Titans have been a far better team since 1999 (when we became the Titans).

Our biggest problem was that we continuously hired from within and kept the same old garbage scrubs around for far too long.

We handed the Colts both games this season. If we had won both of them, we would've won the division. And that's not to mention the Texans and Jags games we threw away.

Thank god we didn't though... Munch would've kept his job.

That's a lot of ifs there. I could say the same for my team.

Yea... as can many teams. I'm just saying this has been our problem in several seasons. We are a game or two short because we throw away a few games

I wasn't claiming we had to win all five of those games... Every team blows a couple games, but to not win a couple more is just ridiculous. You probably did not watch either of our games against the Colts. Absurd how we handed them both away.

There was not a single game the Jets lost that they deserved to win. When you guys lost, you basically got blown out.

A franchise QB is what about 20 teams in the league are constantly looking for. They don't just fall off trees.

Pitt NE Bal were all blowouts . Win any of those or the Buffalo or Miami games and we'd be in the playoffs. Not worth crying over spilled milk. Looking forward to the offseason where Idzik can continue to keep building.

Nice to see Dee getting Defensive Rookie of the Month after a really tough start to the season. CB is a tough position to play as a rookie, so it's good to see some growth.

I said it was a lot to ask for... but we had a coach who was committed to Locker and not really doing much to change the team's identity. Now we will have a new coach who will draft a new QB.

Kinda hoping for your boy Bortles, but as of right now there's no way he falls to #11... we'd have to trade up. So much changes between now and the draft though.

I have a hard time considering a 19-6 loss and a 19-3 loss close games. There was no chance of a W in those games.

The NE game was close, but that was an absolutely awful performance by all of Brady's receivers. Geno was sacked like a million times... I remember because it was a TNF game.

A 9-6 game at halftime is a complete blowout....

Final score was lopsided IMO.

We held 4th quarter leads against the Chiefs and Texans and halftime leads against the Seahawks and Broncos.

Did the Jets even look remotely good in these games you're speaking of? They were absolutely inept on offense in pretty much every loss. 8-8 from the Jets was a miracle this season with as bad as Geno is.

Basically all I'm saying is our losses were way closer, overall. Only two losses by double digits. And I can remember at least 4-5 of the Jets losses that were completely lopsided or blowouts.

I'm a Lions fan so I know all about making excuses for my team and "close wins" and bullshit but sorry man, your Titans suck and will continue to do so until they get a QB

Yet we were only 1 game away from making the playoffs. How exactly did the Titans do this year? I had 1 what if but you are talking about multiple what ifs. Your team sucked this year and probably will continue to because your offense is almost as bad as ours. Plus your probably going to lose Verner in the offseason. You're a lot farther than closer to making the playoffs. And your salary cap isn't looking too bright either.

I saw a mock yesterday that had him going #1 overall. I think ultimately Bridgewater will go before him, but Bortles looks like he might be the second quarterback off the board.

Sorry guys but as an Eagles fan and looking at my own post on facebook and those of my friends on facebook I have to say we're not really all that disappointed. Personally I didn't think we were going to have a shot at all to beat the Saints but we kept in it. It was a damn good game and a surprising season to say the least. I'm just happy to have made it to the playoffs in our first year under a new head coach. The simple fact is the Saints outplayed us last night. I'm not going to sit here and blame the refs, hell I feel that the game was called perfectly. There's always next year and hopefully we can come back stronger. Good luck to anyone's teams that are still in it, as for me I'll proudly be wearing my Eagles gear today.
