It's what separates good kind people like Jaws and headcases like Serena. He apologizes for an unintentional slip while Serena refuses to apologize for her crazy line judge abuse.

Serena has had this issue before or was it her sister , dont watch tennis so dont know what she said.?

Regardless what Jaws did last night was a harmless slip, i know i have done it before though not to a couple million people.

How sweet of a lineup could it be if you only score 60 points? Still expecting a blow-out win Sunday, anywhere from 28 to 38 points for Dallas and 10- for San Francisco.

Man Seymour was a BEAST last night! our D-line just dominated, well worth the first round pick we sent to the Pats .... McFadden was a force once again, and if healthy, he will be a huge part of our offense this year. One player that really impressed me last night was DHB, he caught almost everything thrown at him, with ease and fought for first downs, highly improved over the past few years!!!

Def a great start to the season for the Raiders.... Except, Penalties, we had NO discipline last night, stupid stupid penalties, one after another which could of cost us the game, hope they work on that

Bring on the Bills

Avatar bet with MovieFan1203? Honestly dude your team is okay but don't really have enough talent to hang with the contenders, we'll see if Buffalo is a pretender or a contender this week.

With Nnamdi gone from your team, I am VERY tempted to trade for Steve Johnson, have a feeling he's going to erupt for a huge game this week. Can't make a move like that to get a guy for 1 week though.

I scored 90. Meh the Cowboys signed Frank Walker, that dude sucks out loud but I guess free agents are free right now for a reason.

How many points did Janikowski land you after that record breaking FG?

4 I guess since I only got 13 points on the day, figured it'd be 5 or 6. So the Cowboys cut Martin Rucker and Isaiah Greenhouse, guess they'll try to add Rucker to the practice squad.

Chargers agreed to terms with K Nick Novak.
Novak won out over Dave Rayner and Shayne Graham. He spent last year's training camp in San Diego, so the Bolts are familiar with his leg. Novak is 19-of-30 (63.3 percent) on field goals in four short NFL stints. He'll get plenty of scoring chances in the Chargers' high-scoring offense, but accuracy is his bugaboo.

Our defense looked pretty bad last night, but we won't be the only team being destroyed by the Pats offense this season. Actually, this is the 9th straight game for the Patriots with 30+ points.

On a positive note, it's probably the first time Henne has been consistent for a whole game. Hopefully it's a start of good things to come. Henne's 59 rushing yards last night were the most ever in a game by a Dolphins QB.

Henne: 30/49, 416 Yds, 2 TDs
Orton: 24/46, 304 Yds, 1 TD

Raiders Will Appeal 63 Yard Field Goal

Quote:
Sebastian Janikowski could feel it in the thin air. And when he went to sleep Sunday night, he said, he "dreamed of doing it."

On Monday night, as time expired in the first half, the Raiders' kicker did - drilling a low line drive through the uprights for an NFL-record-tying 63-yard field goal.

"I had a dream I broke the record, and it was here in Denver," Janikowski said. "The ball really carries here."

The field goal tied the mark set by the Saints' Tom Dempsey in 1970 and matched by Denver's Jason Elam in 1998 at the old Mile High Stadium.

"I didn't hit it really good, but that's no excuse," Janikowski said. "(The altitude) really helped it. ... It cleared by like one yard only."

He and his teammates celebrated on the field, and they might have more to scream about today. The Raiders will appeal the spot of the ball and are arguing that it was a record-breaking 64-yarder.

Funny thing is I saw Janikowski play in high school. He started as a kicker at Seabreeze High School here in Daytona Beach. I don't think he knew anything about football at all when one day the Seabreeze HS football head coach noticed Sebastian kicking soccer balls incredible distances. He grew up playing soccer. Even in his high school days he regularly made 50 yard kicks with ease and made a 60 yard kick on at least one occasion. All through his high school and college years he was a troublemaker and nearly got deported back to his native Poland. I have to say I'm impressed Janikowski's NFL career has been mostly free of major off the field trouble.

Oh and by the way. Oakland took Janikowski with the 17th pick in the 2000 NFL draft. Guess who was taken 182 picks later? Tom Brady.

Thats irrelevent as every single team passed him up about 6 times before the Pats picked him

But Janikowski is a beast and one hell of a kicker, hes improved every year and his accuracy is only getting better... In the pregame warm ups he was hitting 70 yard fg's with ease
