I have no sympathy for Detroit. If not for terrible officiating in London, you might not have even been in the playoffs.

Probably 3/4 of the country agrees bad calls may have cost the Lions the game. But I doubt more than 20% agree there was some massive conspiracy. The only people who think there was some widespread super secret conspiracy whereby Goodell met with referees in some smoke filled back room to decide how to affect the outcome of the game so Dallas would advance are Lions fans or the same people who think the moon landing was a hoax and the government was behind 9/11.

Chad im angry so of course the calls are what is coming to the forefront, there are 2 things that come to mind if you cant gain a yard you dont deserve to win a game, and dont ever take your foot off the gas and "sit" on a lead. Dallas gives up first downs 71% of the time in a 3rd or 4th and 1 situation, the Lions score 61% of the time in those situations. Not going for it on 4th and 1 was a huge mistake call or not, as if you go play action on 3rd and 1 and dont get it your ass best be ripe to go for it on 4th and 1 no matter what in a game like that.

Like today, right? It was -12 degrees with a -33 degree wind chill factor this morning, and yet school for my kids was only delayed two hours. Wasn't cancelled, just a mere delay. But you live in Wisconsin also, so you know how it goes.

Right now, it's a balmy 0 degrees.

what a weak excuse for cancelling school. I graduated class of '06 in Wisconsin and I never had one snow day. The year after I graduated, they had like 5, and then the last few days, suddenly they have "cold days"? WTF. What a cheap way out. If I didn't get it, either do you. Kids these days are too soft!
