Sure everyone, slooooooowly, changed their tune once Wentz embarked on his MVP season. Then as soon as he walked back to the locker room in the LA Coliseum(after Philly beat the Rams), the narrative went right back to the preseason.
I look for that to continue for the next two weeks. It’s been working out quite nicely so far.
You could say the same thing about the 2015 Panthers and the 2016 Falcons. It's a season that defines a team.

What a shocker there. Violence in Philly.

Huh?
The 2015 Panthers were coming off a Division title. Sure 7-8-1, but a Division title nonetheless. The Falcons went 8-8 before their run, narrowly missing the playoffs. Both teams had/have franchise QBs and probably received more hype prior to those seasons than Philly did this year.
By all means, keep the underdog status a’ coming. It’s worked out quite well.

Plus it will help the ratings. I mean that’s how Dallas captures most of its TV audience: haters wanting them to lose. Lol!
You make a good point here: hate-ratings (hatings?) are still ratings. I checked historical Super Bowl ratings, when the Cowboys were in those times in 90s, the ratings jumped. Same with Patriots in recent years.

I'm from PA. And live about 2 hours or so from Philly. So I see it all the time.

Tom Brady has more wins (27) and passing TDs (68) in postseason than Nick Foles has wins (24) and passing TDs (66) in his career.

Of course. It’s been going on in all sports for decades.
Dallas fans act like they have this mammoth fan base, while a good chunk of it is made up of people watching for them to lose. Lol!

Same thing will happen in two weeks. The bulk of the country will have to choose one evil or another: root for New England to win a record tying 6 Lombardi, or pull for the dreaded Eagles to get their first.
Hahaha, I love it!

Well at least Philly fans won't be climbing any light poles. So the city has that going for them. Which is nice.

I'll be rooting for you guys in two weeks. If the Eagles team that played tonight shows up, old man Brady will not be getting his 6th ring. If the city planners have any leftover Crisco, they might want to send it to us.

He’s also been playing more seasons(18) than Foles(6)

Foles(27/2) also surpassed Brady’s(36/4) best season TD/Int ratio.
Also is only one of three QBs(Manning and Rodgers) to post a prefect rating.

Pretty good for a back up!

Um lots of Qbs have had perfect passer ratings. Tom has done it twice. Even Geno did it.

Also tom brady finished with a 28/2 ratio last year.

Meant to say a perfect rating combined with over 400yds and 7tds. Brady never did that.

He has not but I'll see what the 2017 NFL MVP can do in 2 weeks.

Brady will prolly win on politics. Wentz definitely did more for his team, and played ~15 quarters less.
Ah well, Philly has been playing with house money all season. No pressure. New England was picked to win it all.
Cautiously optimistic and hoping for the best.
Can’t belive Philly is still playing this well, with all the key injuries. Just amazing,

Lulz, puleeese!
Even you know that’s laughable. They both did.
A testament to the depth of this team.
