Adam Schefter says Orton was claimed by an unidentified team before the Bears.

Edit: Jay Glazer says the Chiefs put in a claim for Orton.

Edit2: Schefter confirms Chiefs got Orton.

As bad as Kellen Clemens is I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up starting for Houston soon. Leinart is a terrible QB.

That was quick. We were surprised when Jackson was ruled out for Week 12 just four hours ago, and now his season is over. It's incredibly bad luck for the No. 3 overall fantasy back through the season's first ten games. Jackson was hoping for a raise after his breakout year. Instead, he's now more likely to have to play out the 2012 season for his $1.83 million scheduled salary. Fantasy owners that were quick to pluck C.J. Spiller off waivers today now have themselves a starting NFL running back. We'll see how long it lasts.

With Fred Jackson out for the season the Bills claimed former Cowboys/Redskins running back Tashard Choice off waivers.

It's possible, but seems unlikely. Probably Oakland or San Diego wins that terrible division. But who knows.

Based on talent the Chargers should be running away with the division, but as usual they are underachieving. I always laugh when so many "experts" pick that team to make or win the Super Bowl. Happens every year.

How are we supposed to compete in games with 13 players on IR? We went from legit playoff contender to garbage team in a few weeks. This is so disheartening.

Leinart will be fine. He has tons of talent around him.

In Arizona Leinart had Fitzgerald and Boldin to throw to and Edgerrin James to run the ball and he was terrible there. Kurt Warner literally took over that offense from Leinart and almost won a Super Bowl there.

Its gonna be all Foster and Tate from here on out, out routes and short passes I would be very surprised to see the Texans complete more then 1-2 passes over 20 yards a game with Leinart at the helm

Managed to pull out a win last week with Jay Cutler, but now he is undergoing thumb surgery and will be out 6-8 weeks. So I picked up Colt McCoy. 4-7 I need to win out this season if I'm to remain in the playoffs.

Different system. He was asked to play a vertical passing game in Arizona, which is something he's not that great at. At USC he was more of a west coast passer where timing on short and intermediate routes were imperative for success. If Kubiak sticks to that, then I wouldn't see why Leinart couldn't be successful. Especially because he's throwing to one of the best if not the best WR in the league.
