What about this are people not understanding? Bluraysforeveryone.com has no connection with Target or Netflix, and the guy running that site knows nothing about this release that the rest of us don't. I don't care how long he's been running the site or how good his reputation is or if he donates a ton of money to the Red Cross - none of that has anything to do with this release. He is going to go buy copies from Target just like the rest of us.

I've bought stuff from him before and I'm actually awaiting an order in the mail I placed last week. He's legit, as well as the site. Think of his personal site as a "better ebay", just without the bidding process.

Its a deal breaker when the service is getting worse and the price goes up. After Punisher I don't plan to keep subscribing.

Would really like to have heard The Upside Down under that format.

Still, wasnt expecting them to release this show in blu ray. I guess I'll buy it to support the show and hope for a 4K release down the road.

Hey everyone! The cover Hubunkey posted was one of my creations. He asked me to create the cover for him. I got the spelling goof on the spine corrected (I still feel like an idiot for not seeing that but my dyslexia sometimes gets the better of my eyes). I also corrected the aspect ratio. As for the RCA logo on the side, part of that was being simply lazy. Here is what the new copy looks like:

I went to my local Target this afternoon. I showed them the pics of the Stranger Things bluray packaging. Believe it or not, they were able to scan the barcode that is visible in the photo.

The product showed up as being in their system. It is definitely being released on October 17th with a current price listing of $24.99

When all there is to go off is a picture of some in a box, and zero official announcement, listing page, talk of it ANYWHERE beyond Reddit, yeah I'm going to err on the side of it possibly not being legit

This was before anyone had mentioned asking Target about it, by the way. Netflix always seem SO on top of marketing the hell out of Stranger Things though, so it just seemed so random for it to come out of nowhere like this.
