Then we'd also need Josh Lucas from Stealth.

I can't agree or disagree with that, other than to say he's Great in BOTH films, tho I will lean a bit towards his portrayal of JM in "The Doors" (which I saw in the theater 5 times in about 7 days)

Like Aero, I lean towards Jim Morrison...just. But he's brilliant in both Doors & Tombstone. I also love his turn in The Salton Sea. Val gives gives a beautifully understated, melancholy performance as the tortured Danny Parker / Tom Van Allen (Blu-ray please, Warner).

I really hope he's healthy enough to bring it to TG2 and that he gets the call for the gig. Great actor.

His performance in The Doors? Great. The movie itself? Awful.

That's bull. You can tell Cruise is starting to age now and have been the last few films. His jawline and lips are starting to get that "old look". Not saying he looks bad at all for 53 but you can tell big time. Just look at a pic from 2010 and compare it to now. He has changed a lot. And yes fighting cancer will make you look old. Val just needs to get in better shape after fighting such a terrible disease! Look at what it did to Michael Douglas who is older granted but it made him look 10x worse! smh

Bull? Yeah, ok. They both aged equally well, even before Val's cancer.

Tom Cruise and a lot of celebs have two things that help them. Plastic surgery and/or good genetics.

Tom I think has had great surgery done to his nose, teeth, hair etc. and probably maintains it but largely has got quite good genetics. Others go a bit more heavier on cosmetic surgery because their genetics aren't as good, but the surgeon is awesome and the results keep them looking quite good.

The actor I personally think looks phenomenal for his age and Imo is probably down to amazing genetics rather than outright cosmetic assistance is Keanu Reeves. Guys a really youthful looking person with likely less surgery and the epitome of good genetics when it comes to aging.

The worst offenders look plastic and weird. Especially when they get older. I think sometimes aging old gracefully would have been better. Like Clint Eastwood seems to look.

TC is aging really well imo but I'm sure his last divorce/lady problems has added to his aging.

The Navy's Top Gun school moved from San Diego to Fallon, NV about 11 years ago. So, I guess that means there won't be a repeat visit to Kansas City BBQ (the "Honkey Tonk Bar" featured in TG).
