Looking for Superman Returns and sold out.. - Blu-ray Forum

Ok I am looking for the extremely rare Superman Returns with true hd and pcm sound and every where I go they don't have even the old ones with 5.1 dd in stock. Went to bb cc and 2 targets, nothing.
I have heard when the stock is dpleated Warners will restock with the new audio to retailers. So far absolutly nothing, anyone heard anything new?

To tell you the truth, I didn't even know that they would restock with the HD audio. That's good news to me.

Seriously I went about an hour to a different town and no where to be found if the stock of 5.1 dd has been exhausted wheres the new ones with true hd audio and pcm 5.1.

Anyone heard any news of when retailers (are,or) going to restock this?

I have Superman Returns as I write this post.
1 hour 54 minutes 54 second into the movie I experience audio loss for a bout a split second. Does anybody have this problem?
I have Sony S301

Can you verify that it is the true hd 5.1 pcm disc? If so yeah I would like to buy it. What are you willing to sell for? Pm me.

I'm holding out for the lossless version as well. However, I didn't think it had been released yet? Seems like there would be a fuss made when the lossless version hits the streets.

Yeah your probably right, but at the same time there is so many haters out there so you never know. Also pioneer bdp-94hd blu ray players got this version bundled in with them. So a few people have it already.

Someone on AVS reported seeing Superman Returns at a Best Buy with TrueHD. So you might want to keep checking. And I would say Best Buy is the best bet since they are the HDM selling leaders.

I thought that the copy on AVS was the Pioneer pack in copy. I was under the impression the Pioneer copy had Dolby True HD listed first on the back while the reissue had PCM listed first. I could be wrong.

That is quite different from mine. The version I have says the following:
Dolby Digital: English 5.1, Francais 5.1 (Dubbed in Quebec), Espanol 5.1
Is that the only difference in the discs, the audio?
