Called my PO, filed a claim/missing mail online, etc. Apparently Jamaica NY is just piled up.

I can't remember ever dreaming about art, but last night I did. I was at an exhibition and the entire floor was a computer screen. It somehow linked up to your brain and displayed the images for everyone to see. Fortunately I was thinking about abstract stuff and nothing embarrassing.

I'm in moderate disbelief that I got away with spending about half of my Sunday shift watching Big Bang Theory on my 2 in 1. I'd be more surprised if I didn't have 2 co-workers who regularly seem to spend about half their shifts doing nothing even when there's work to do.

Doubt I ever will, but I am long past the point where it caused problems in my life. Now it's just a way to unwind a bit, take the edge off and celebrate the minor triumphs of every day life.

I'm the same way. I don't like drinking just to get drunk anymore, but I'm not against having a few beers while hanging out with family/friends. I've also improved my palette a little and switched from cheap beer to a good IPA, some aged Scotch or a glass or two of red wine with my Love.

On my mind right now is why my new co-workers have advised me not to rent an apartment in this county. Granted there aren't any vacancies that I know of. I don't know if it's water/electric quality/costs or the neighborhoods in general. My Love is fine with this because she'd rather live 40miles away anyway closer to where her aunt/uncle live and where she grew up.

It looks like everything in our NY apartment will go into a storage unit and we'll live out of a hotel down here for another week or two.

Had a Moderna vaccine set up at a very big hub in my area on Thursday. People I know have spent over 2 hours in line. So tonight I found an appointment for J&J at the Walgreens directly behind my house on Wednesday.

I always said I didn't care what shot I got. I am going with the J&J because it won't be a 20 minute drive, it's one shot and probably little to no wait.

Just thankful I have this opportunity.

is 2nd and Charles a ripoff for games. I paid $22.50 without a manual for Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters and looking around it looks like I could gotten it cheaper. I miss HPB and they're not as bad but its my fault for an impulse buy but how can they have higher prices even though its like 4 or 5 dollars higher. ugh.
