Haven't been to a movie theater in over a year and I really miss it. Now that they're open again and there's finally a new film I want to see (Old) I'm still jittery about going because of the Delta variant. Fully vaxed, but, still. Anyone else in the same boat?

Hopefully I can go to KY in about 4 weekends to get the last of the small stuff and see my auntie. I am worried about my G4 Quicksilver as its not been used in over 4 years and I hope the battery hasn't leaked. also hope my monitors are ok as I haven't used one that much since I bought it from a closing office depot.

I found The Wraith, 5 film The Prophecy collection and House complete series this morning at Walmart. I only went in for a personal groomer, lol didn't expect to spend so much.

I’m vaccinated too and have no worries.
I don’t think Delta is here yet, so may have to put some thought into things when it is here.
I’m going to my 2nd movie on Sunday and man I missed it.

If Delta isn’t around your area yet, you should go. When it is there, I wouldn’t.

Was a bit surprised to hear a coworker and a team leader discussing high school diploma vs college degree as they relate to expected income at work this week. I happened to chime in of course since I just graduated. Still thinking about how I graduated about 8 weeks ago and wondering what my next move should be. Keep looking for a job while working at my current job or throw more education into the mix as well. Probably a risk either way.

Everyone says things matter but do they really? In the end we die and nothing will matter yet even as alive nothing matters. It's all just unconnected things amounting to something through the stuff we see using our brain and its chemicals etc.

Emotions are what let us know we're alive. Without memories and emotions, life would have no meaning. Not everyone thinks things matter, though. Some people are fine just paddling or treading water through life instead of trying to charge forward and improve.

As I'm watching Married with Children, I find it sad that they can joke about Al supporting two kids, a stay at home wife, a dog, two cars and own a house on minimum wage. I know that was unrealistic even then, but it was much closer, which is why they COULD joke about it.

Nothing really matters. It's all about how you react and take in the things around you. It's in your mind that things hold value, importance and so on. Everyone is going to die some day and in the end it doesn't matter. We exist for a period of time to further advance society, that's why we were born.

I can't understand my new eye glasses prescription. I didn't expect them to change much though granted its been 2 years and now I have diabetes. it seems to have gotten better though I don't know since its been 2 years.

You can go to the settings page and disable the adds without adding a blocker lads

The coffee from the Tim Hortons here up North is better than any other city I’ve been in. It’s two days in a row of two coffee per day, so it’s not an anomaly.
I’m guessing that the water here is the very best.

Yes, but I don't mind at all. This site has been an invaluable tool for finding movies I've never heard of, and with so many people giving opinions of movies I'm considering watching. I am curious, though, as to why Blu-ray doesn't have an official Twitter account.
