Yes it is. You beat me to it and uploaded the Cameron interview. He really brought up the eerie simularity regarding how the Capt. of the Titanic didn't really listen to the ice warnings. Meanwhile you have the CEO of Oceangate ignoring letters sent by those in the industry telling him his sub was not safe.

Another Josh Gates interview after it was confirmed the sub debris were found.

Right on!

* I'm totally invested on this subject (on my mind). I'm following everything related, and the latest. And it is a coincidence with the timing of the release of 'Avatar: The Way of Water' on 3D Blu-ray / June 20. ...Water all over, high pressure depth of field, and, El Niño.

Carbon fiber: No good for deep diving...because the way it fails it delaminates.
Way to go is steel, or titanium, or acrylic...a continuous composite.

It's a very sad tragedy that was totally preventable, same as the Titanic's sinking after striking an iceberg. My heart goes out to the families of the four men and teenager.

** I saw earlier that video you just posted above.

Paramount slips seems to be the worst when it comes to the paint chipping. I received my Nutty Professor 4K and the slip was peeling in multiple places already while still in the shrink.

The world would be a much better place if people were more considerate of their fellow humans. Like, when you're driving and don't know which way to go, don't just sit there at a green light while you survey your surroundings. Pull off to the side or something. The world does NOT revolve around YOU.

The other day a young lady was in front of me with her cellphone and a green light.
She wasn't moving because her eyes were on her phone.

I bet if you honked at her, she would get mad, get out of her car and throw some kind of liquid at you. I've watched so many youtube videos like that

This video documenting an earlier mission is going viral. While the dive was canceled due to weather, it gives you a sense of how Oceangate operated and what it was like aboard the Polar Prince (mothership), if you chose to book a dive. It’s also sad to see PH and the CEO in the video, both of whom perished in the sub implosion. The videographer will cherish that autograph for many years.

This second video is a great analysis and overview. I’ve been following the channel for a while now and suggest it if you’ve into maritime history. He’s always provided great analysis regarding Titanic, so I knew a video on Titan would be coming.

Nothing of that sort. I simply got out of my vehicle, went over to her car and knock on her window to see if she was alright (she was still on her phone). She called her mom, mom arrived and for about 15-20 minutes the people behind me couldn't go, so they had to use the other lane.
That young lady she was 18 or 19. Her phone was like everything there is in life and nothing else matters.

This wasn't a youtube video, it was real life in front of me.
I just mentioned it because of your prior post on a green light.
Some folks are distracted by their phones like drug addicts. They need a detoxification center big time.

But there are other things a billion times worst, like ...

In Guatemala, people get the death penalty for talking and texting on handheld cell phones while driving and while operating other equipment and machinery that’s complex, dangerous or both. Just like when people do these things while drunk and/or on drugs.

And the death penalty in Guatemala for these things is in the form of “there are no second chances, immediate execution by firing squad”.

Ukraine On my mind

In Canada we don't hand the death penalty for that. The police hands tickets if they have proof. The rest get away with it. It is what it is; people live people die.

She felt totally @ lost with herself. She didn't know what to do, then she called mom.
She wasn't the screaming type. Anyway nothing happened nobody died no one got hurt.
