Honestly all these years I thought it was plugged into an outlet directly behind the dishwasher. I never knew it was plugged into an outlet under the sink, shows how much attention I pay to what's under the sink besides soap and cleaning supplies.

Best Buy has been transitioning from an electronics/media/music store into a home depot/department store for some time now. It's probably the only chance they have of staying open since they're choosing to drastically decrease their in-store physical media selection.

Just experienced an earthquake in NYC. My whole apartment shook. Scared the hell out of me. I thought it was just my building as there's lots of stuff happening in my neighbohood, but Twitter shows the whole city experiencing it.

It was felt all the way to Albany & even the Poconos where I am located. I thought a big truck was going down the road but my windows rattled a bit.

Yeah, same to you. Apparently it was a 4.8 (early reports said 5.5) magnitude somewhere in NJ.

My dog slept through it but my movie tower is intact. Had I been outside it probably would have been more intense. I almost got up to see how big the “truck” was going down the road. Little did I know the earth was rumbling.

Probably 15 seconds or so.

Felt it here too. Although not me. I was getting flooring delivered and the guy got stuck in the mud/snow in the front yard and was getting towed out while it happened. I heard a weird sound and it felt like the heating system was doing something but I couldn't feel it with everything else going on around me. Family farther away felt it too. I heard some up in Burlington even felt it and it was felt near Syracuse and over to Rochester too I think.

I got halfway through the second season before the disc skipped. Waiting for a replacement from Gruv. The show is an absolute mind twist but so good. I am aware that it ended without much closure as a 5th season was not greenlit.

I can't recall if I liked this music single that much at the time it was originally released in the UK, but after hearing/seeing it a few times now from the mid-nineties repeats of a UK music programme the past couple of weeks (including tonight) it's grown on me (Free As a Bird by The Beatles (the music video is a bit vertigo-inducing though).
