I have a lot on my mind right now.

For one, as some of you may know, I don't exactly live in the most exciting place. I don't want to tell my whole story again for those of you who don't know it, but let's just say that the community that I live in has around 2,000 residents, most of them don't like me, and I live 2 1/2 hours away from the nearest city.

Anyways me and my family were away visiting some relatives for a few days, who live in a city around 5 hours away. Every time I go into a city and do some shopping, or go the theatre, I am borderline jealous of the young people, especially the couples, that I see. They all seem to be having interesting conversations or have things to do. I can see some form of happiness in their faces. I am jealous of the couples because I never have had a close relationship with a woman, as nobody was interested in me back home.

Then I get back home, and everything is backwards. All the people I see around town are very angry, always complaining about something. There is absolutely no happiness here.

It's as if I should have been born in a city. I feel so out of place in this town, and I feel so in place in any city that I go to. I love the noise of a city, I love the people.

Then second, it feels as if I my parents, at least my Dad, are playing the favourites game. My Dad focuses most of his attention on my younger brother. I still feel this way, regardless of how he has said that I remind him of his younger self. I might be wrong though. It is complicated.

I can't wait to get out of this place. In the fall I am attending College almost 24 hours away and I am taking Film Classes. I just, can't wait.

Don't worry dude, just keep it up and you'll eventually be there. But I know exactly what you mean about being born in the wrong place.

Save, save and save! Once you have enough savings, you'll be able to get a place of your own and do the things that will make you happy. I wish I would have done the same; I tried to be happy by buying things, and in the end, I still feel miserable. Try to develop a better relationship with your parents because in the end, they are the ones who will truly be there for you. I know it's often hard to see that, but your parents wll always be there for you.

Especially when you have movies that deal or mention internet memes, with no one will get or remember in a few years. I'm not saying everyone of that age or generation is bad though. But I guess each generation thinks that of the one after them.

it's hard letting go of my blu ray collection. it's even harder to think that i've spent so much more buying them than what i am being paid for now selling them. oh well, i've learned my lesson, and my goal in life now is to definitely save for my future.
