I (sorta) know what you mean. The most I endured at the Eagles concert I was at, was some wafting mariguanna smoke,which ain't a bad thing. I don 't smoke it, but I like the smell.

But at the Voilbeat concert I was recently at, that was fricken insanity! I don't understand mosh-pits and never will.

I'd prefer The Eagles and their great music, over trying to protect my loved ones when it comes to attending concerts.

thinking that i'd like to go to the doobie brothers / peter frampton show later this year in july.

i don't go to many concerts (last one was back in last millennium), so i think i'd like to see those guys in concert.

Tool will be in Houston Tx. 3/24/2014. Over the years I've told myself many times I need to seem them live, but I never end up going.

I saw them in Richmond back in 2003. Tickets were $125 but it was a damn good show!

Oh wow, I bet it was. I wouldn't mind the price tag if I could get motivated enough to actually make the trip. I haven't been to a concert in 15 years. Think the last I saw was Rage Against the Machine. Idk man, I'm just so lazy in my old age.

LOL! I can empathize with what you are saying. I think it's been almost 4 years since my last concert myself. I used to go to them all the time when I was younger.

^You guys are all spoiled!

When we make plans for a concert, it involves either a 3200km drive there and back or a $600 flight ticket, plus the hundreds or usually thousands of dollars we spend to make it a good trip (dining out, shopping etc).

You guys have these great concerts within throwing distance and should make more effort to go see 'em!

The older I'm getting the less and less I like the environment of it. I don't mind when I get club/private level seats as it's a table/bar type situation, but otherwise...meh. Smaller venues, table type shows are nice. But cramped seats and people spilling beer all over me...no thank you.

I'll just hang out at home and enjoy my tunes.

I've never been to the smaller venues but sure would like to.
I've been in two situations where I wanted to start swinging my fists but didn't. It was immensely tempting though. After our last experience on the floor, my wife said she wants to go in the stands from now on. I'm getting older too Capt, cause I agreed. Lol!

OT, I gotta get motivated and start packing. It's tough though, chillaxin is waaayyy funner!

Google is a different language now. It looks Arabic. I can't access my email now. Does anyone know how to switch it back to Canadian?

Top right of your screen under the X. Click the 3 bars. A drop-down tab should appear click the fourth one from the bottom. It's the Settings option.

Scroll down the screen click the blue text to open the + show advanced settings.

Scroll down, the last option is Reset browser settings. A box will open the one on the left is Reset, the right one Cancel. Click Reset.

It looks like someone has added Arabic as your main language. If you change anything with Chrome you'll need to reset those after you're back to the default settings.
