Heh nah I can handle it, might have to do less reps that stretch the chest though. Can only bench 50 lbs right now + the bar, which is still a lot better than when I started. 6.5 months ago I struggled just to move the bar up and down.

Something kinda cruel. A...large co-worker today said she goes to Zumba 5 times a week but I've known the woman for 6 months now and as far as I can tell, she hasn't lost any weight. So either she's lying or she's doing the kind of Zumba that doesn't actually require any exertion. I imagine the fact that she eats lots of junk food is also a factor in all of this, so many people underestimate how much your dietary intake affects everything in your life.

I know, I'm kinda mean about people like her who choose to be large and think it's attractive and sexy when really it's just off-putting. I know there's some men who like that, I'm just not one of them and I never will be.

That's a bit pushing it. Forums were around long before the term social media was even coined. If you want to spilt hairs I guess you can lump it in as social media, but I personally wouldn't. Forums are and have been their own animal.

Do you know the root cause of it? I have struggled myself, and still do, with anger and resentment towards certain things and know for my health and general well being I have to let things I can't control go and fix the ones I can without a glass half empty view of it. I hope you can resolve the conflict, it's a struggle that you don't want to be on the weaker side of.

I'm thinking about the passing of Craig Sager and reading some NBA tributes to him. 65 is too young.

No, I don't know the root cause. I've never even thought to think about it, which is something I've got to rectify. I know my impatience can lead to anger quickly and I have to be aware of that and really focus on situations not escalating.

Bill Gates is an awesome dude. Most rich people are self absorbed and self entitled, but Bill genuinely cares. Anyway Reddit does a secret Santa each year and a user had Bill Gates as her secret Santa. He gave an Xbox One S, NES classic, and some other neat items. That is a seriously awesome gift box...plus the fact he threw in Nintendo stuff is neat. What a guy.

Are you serious? When the hell did people get so god damn self entitled that you think because he is a billionaire you "deserve" more. That is a fantastic secret Santa gift...Why in the hell does it matter how much he is worth? For crying out loud he has absolutely zero obligation to even participate in something like that. I frickin hate how society has become and how damn self entitled everyone is. Don't take is so personal.

He has given away $37 billion to charities. He has done his fair share of giving away money and he still plans to do more. He does the secret Santa under the radar for absolutely no promotion. Most people didn't even know he participated the past several years. Getting hundreds of dollars of merchandise for a secret Santa with a low buy in is pretty awesome regardless of how much he is worth. There is no billionaire who has given away more than Bill Gates.
